Employees dont do there jobs. And dont care to apologize when they dont. Call thursday explain that i need a gps pole to be delivered to stoney creek brandt on friday because we need it on site on Monday. Or i need to come pick it up. She says yes no problem asks for email and says she will send an email. Friday comes around no email. I call stoney creek no package for me. Call back. They tell me nothing was sent and shes off today. Its 3 oclock by this time. I explain how urgent and time sensitive it is. They then tell me they will send me another email once its been processed to go. Heard nothing and no email. I then cancel monday site set up with multiple employees. Monday i call to say i am sending someone down. Surprise there was no order done yet. Talk about a bunch of employees that dont do their job. Unbelievable. I hope i never have to deal with them again.

You call in if they have the part and they say yes then you drive 45 mins to get there and you get some guy named Jeff with a sleepy attitude to tell you “sorry I don’t have that part, they are on order they won’t be here until next week”. This isn’t the first time this happened to me.Guys if you don’t like your job then quit. There’s other people that will do your job 10 times better.

I give them ZERO STARS. Can't post without 1 star.We are a paving company in Toronto I Called December 2019 and asked for technical support. I talked to Dean. Dean told me the service Tech Tim would be in touch with me. I called every week since December and i was told the same song and dance by Dean. Here we are 6 months later and i have not heard from Tim yet and i have had zero technical support from Geo Shack. We were looking at the satellite tracking system for our equipment but i have canceled any further investigation into Top Con products. the service is disgraceful. On June 19 2020 I talked to Dean and told him they should be embarrassed with their terrible service, he was stunned by my dismay with his lack of response. I have 2 complete Top Con system 5s for sale cheap. Good luck getting service on them.
