Great new clean building. It’s a little bit of a drive but not having to line up on a Saturday was definitely worth the trip for me.

I am almost always able to get in and out super quick. Staff are super friendly too

Not too busy, new building is very efficient. Pleasure doing business.

It’s very fast and easy to use drop and go , recommended.

Really nice location open 6 days a week minus holidays of course..customer service is as good as its going to be.. the reason for the 3 stars is having two counters they messed up there counting and cost me...how I know they messed up.. they had a argument about there numbers right in front of me then when i went to cash out the cash out lady then said she has to go see the counters who counted my returns to see i put my own numbers came back and said to me she needed to see or make sure. now I brought in 6 black bags well over 400 plus recycles mostly 2 liter pop bottles and the 591ml variety ..I did my math in my truck and to my calculations I'm short almost 20 dollars..now there's no way of proving there wrong or I'm right..they pretty much told me she had to make sure when I asked ..now next time im only allowing one that's 1 counter as I dont like being ripped off and told she had to make sure

Used the drop and go for the first time, one word Awesome ! Had 20 bags and 9 boxes there was one person in front of me . Took me less then 10 min in total start to finish. Just curious how long for the Etransfer will take .

Always a positive experience. Even when it is very busy, the wait isn't long. These people power through customers efficiently and switch out staff for breaks like a well oiled machine.Employees may not always talk alot, but they are sure to make eye contact and greet us. I'm sure they are wearing ear protection so it would be hard to chat anyways.I haven't bothered to try the drop and go because the inside experience is always enjoyable.

Brilliant facility. Make your account on mydropandgo.caWhen you arrive at the facility, take the back door and there’s a screen to login and enter the number of bags you’ve got, it will print the barcode stickers, just place those on the bags, slide them on the belt and that’s it! Within 1-2 days you can log on to your account and bingo the e transfer credit will show!

Today my husband and I brought our cans and bottles in for recycling like we have for over 17 years to your location on FaithfulAve. There were 2 gentlemen that counted our cans and bottles, the fellow counting our cans dug the cans out never writing anything down even after we dumped our second bag, I have never seen them dig them out like he did nor have I never seen them not write them down when they reach 100 cans usually like this 50/50 then carry on counting. We found this strange as well as the fact that we always take 2 industrial size bags and normally have between 300 and 400 cans. I mentioned this at the cashier station and a young fellow said that they have camera's on them and he would check and call me back I was fine with that. He called me back about 15 minutes later and said that they counted everything correctly I asked him if he counted them and he told me yes! I said I found it hard to believe because we had industrial size bags he said YOU had regular garbage bags at this point I knew I was being lied to and I got upset. I told him I had industrial bags he said you did not you had regular garbage bags. We use a container in our garage that uses industrial size garbage bags regular bags are to small we use the Kirkland brand industrial bags when we have 2 bags full and we crush our cans and bottles so they hold more. I was upset and I said I guess we will use another location or give them to someone else to take. His response was SOUNDS LIKE A WIN WIN FOR BOTH OF US " We are senior citizens and have never been spoken to like this before very insulting in my opinion. Usually we have between 300 and 400 cans today we had 153 something is wrong here. To be honest with you it's not about the money it's about the principle.
