I can only say positive and amazing things about the HIIT program. I have been a member for many years and continue to see results. One of the main things I love is that I can do these workouts anywhere -- at home, while travelling, camping, or even at work! 12 minutes and not only have I had a great workout, it sets my day (or night) on the right path. If I can't get to the workout before work, it will always be waiting for me in the evening. I love that I don’t need any equipment. I share my excitement for this program with others I know and even get my husband or kids in on some of the exercises!

I have only AMAZING things to say about this program. I have been a member for 6 years and continue to see and feel results. Previously I had a gym membership and felt like I put so much mental energy into carving out time and planning workouts. I love that I can just hit play and do whatever these amazing ladies say for 12 minutes and know I’ve had an amazing workout and am set up for the next 24 hours. I definitely feel stronger than I did when I had a gym membership and was spending way more time on my workouts. I’ve had two babies while doing this program and lost my baby weight significantly faster than I did with my first three babies prior to this program. I love that I don’t need any equipment and if need be it can be done in a tiny space (ex. my bathroom when we’ve had house guests!) and that I can keep up with my workouts while traveling!! Only wins in my opinion! I tell everyone I know about this program!

I do not love working out. Never really have. But these HIITit workouts are fantastic! Chelsea was great at getting me started. She encouraged and supported me and now I’ve made this workout a daily practice. Because “it’s only 12 minutes”! At the beginning of 2021, I did HIITit every day for a week, then a month, and then I decided to see how many days in a row I could do it… and I’m happy to report I have not missed a single day this year! I’ve lost 45lbs and am still dropping the lb’s. I love to see how toned my body has become! I have more energy and my chronic pain has improved immensely! There’s a wonderful support group of HITTers who post daily on social media and a ton of great info, advice, recipes in the daily email. HIITit has really helped me get through the last year and brought be out of a very dark place. And now, I couldn’t imagine not doing them. Chelsea & Mel, from the bottom of my heart (which is much healthier than ever before, because of you) THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!

This program gives a person great options to participate in the all the exercises. No matter what your level with fitness is, age and previous experiences this helps with mobility, strength, and over all well being. The daily variations always keep you trying and seeing what you can really do in 12 minutes. All for yourself.

These ladies are amazing! Incredible support and amazing workouts.....I haven't been able to find another program that I click with like I do with this one. It's SO doable, even if you're a busy mom, a working mom, a student, or all three! 12 minutes and done! I have been able to maintain my fitness and feel healthy and strong over the last 3 years thanks to these gals!

The HIITit.ca work outs are absolutely tremendous! I've been using them for about 7 years and they've checked all my boxes for a work out routine. I enjoy that you can do them whenever, require minimal space and no equipment needed. The biggest advantage is that Chelsea and Mel have such an inspiring and encouraging presence about them when leading the work outs. There are also so many modifications one can use to customize to any ability. Give this a try and you will not be disappointed!

I love my HIITit.ca workouts. 12 minutes for a great workout that can be done by anyone and where ever you are. No worries about just starting to workout, they show you different levels. Chelsea & Mel are so positive and really motivate you to do your best. It is amazing how good you feel after doing a12 minute workout. The whole HIITit community are such a great inspiration and are always there to cheer you on and support your efforts. Great ladies, excellent value and an unbelievable workout!

Oh my gosh - I’ve been doing HIITit for 2 years and have never been stronger- seriously! It checks all the boxes - 12 minutes, at home/on a campsite/in a park (wherever I am), no equipment required, just a good pair of runners. Options for every fitness level and pricing that is beyond affordable. All that and a great FB community that encourages me on the sluggish days.
