I've been using Franklyn for nearly a year and can't praise them enough for prompt and excellent service at a reasonable price. They are pleasant and often pick up the laundry first thing and deliver later in the day. And they always let me know if there's even a short delay. Recommend.

I used their personal laundry service for the first time yesterday. The free pickup/delivery was timely and prompt, and it cost a lot less overall than its competitors. The customer service over the phone was also excellent. 100% recommend.

I am a handicapped senior citizen with mobility issues who lives alone and have been using Franklyn Laundry for a while . I have ALWAYS FOUND THEIR SERVICE IMPECCABLE AND THE STAFF (ALL OF THEM) TO BE VERY ACCOMMODATING AND COURTEOUS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! (10 OUT OF 10)
