I really really love this branch people are awsome professional and most of all friendly. although I have a branch near to my business on dundas street they are unprofessional and rude most of the times, but this branch although far for me but I specially drive and go there almost everyday to do my banking. let me mention a name Melissa she is rockstar and deserves more than 5 star for me 100 star. but seriously please go to this branch for out of the world customer service experience.

This branch is a privacy nightmare you can hear everything that's being said to the tellers every last word how much is in the account your address and phone number and your account number. I really think they need to change how this branch is set up. Not safe or secure at all!

So angry at RBC I want to move Banks.. The offer for the FREE iPad is a joke, I made sure I asked questions via phone and in Branch and the Branch confirmed the next day that yes if you have an existing account you still qualify. So saying that I opened up the VIP account which the fees are $30 a month and it dbled from what I had and you also get a free savings account and US account and other perks. It takes a lot of work switching all your PAP's, Direct Deposits especially with Revenue Canada and payroll and every other place from dentist, doctors, internet, cell you get my point. You had to have either 1 direct deposit or 2 PAP's withdrawn by Nov 30, 2018 to get the iPad. I had completed it all on July 23rd ish and waited to get the email how to claim and that didn't come so I called the Call Centre and the 1st guy was rude and talked down to me and made it as if I was stupid and then also said my branch needed re-training and that I didn't qualify because I had an account and I told him that I doubled verified and was told yes so I then said I wanted to make my account go back to the regular one and get reimbursed fees for their mistake and he had the guts to say NO and that this would teach me a lesson and I said a lesson I even went to my branch they had just closed and I was going to literally close my 3 accounts, take out my RESP, TFSA and my kids accounts and go to another bank. Low and behold of actually getting through to my banks direct line because it goes to the call center and they are of NO help. This dude told me I had to move everything back to my other account and I'd still be charged fees for both accounts and I asked to speak to his Manager and that Manager was no different then again I don't even know if it was a different guy they sounded the same. Pretty much degraded me and made me sound like I'm stupid and couldn't read and the fine print and said he had other matters more important to deal with and hung up on me. I have tried to get a hold of my branch 5 times today to have no one pick up or you have to have their direct line. If I wasn't sick I would have been there at opening and closed every account and moved to a new bank.I'm more than happy to move all my accounts and VISA to a new bank that would love to have me as a customer such as Capital One who I have a Credit Card with another bank maybe TD or CIBC??How my local Branch actually call me before I come in on Friday that be nice wouldn't it, OHH WAIT I can't leave a message for anyone or yet alone they don't even have a general mailbox. Very unhappy customer right now.

Opend student bank account for my son on Dec. 3rd with Gagan. I have waited 45 minutes even I have booked an appointment. All required procedures we completed in front of the adviser with him. He recommended a joint account with me and $75.00 is offered for opening student account. As of now (Jan. 5, 2023) I haven't received any funds.I have visited different locations inquiring about the funds, they mentioned it to me that I am not eligible. RBC is not providing a satisfactory customer service. I would like someone to call me to verify with satisfactory answers pleaseThanks you

I went to another branch to get limit etransfer higher. The bank teller told me to book an appointment but I didn’t have time. I recently went into the branch regarding a difficult situation with payments returning NSF. Rather than assisting me in this, the two individuals behind the counter denied to help me, devalued me and didn't resolve my situation. I was so upset by the experience, I had to remove myself from the branch. I called the Customer support once I returned home, only to be put on hold for nearly two hours, as nobody ever resolved my issue.My issue remains unresolved and is escalating each day.*Consider this a formal complaint*

Frederick, was soo helpful to open a new account for me also went through all the possible advantages and suggestions to get me the the best out of my new account with RBC. Process went really fast and easy also the branch follows all covid precautions. Really a great experience !! :)
