Worst Tim's I have ever gotten in the KW region. Ice cap I got was sour and tasted like alcohol which was solved by adding more water and the potato wedges were overcooked and we're all mostly burnt, none of them were soft. Soup was thick and nothing like any other tims in the area. Listen to the other 1 star reviews and go to a different Tim's.

After reading through your other negitive reviews it seems this is not the first time this young lady has shown she has absolutely no clue what the term customer service means.Lets start out by saying there wasn't any other cars ahead of me in the drivethru, and there was no one in the store customer wise. In other words, there is nothing taking away the attention that should have been easily given to my order.Simple. One coffee, 2 hashbrowns, one coffee.I don't need to write out the whole bakc and fourth. Simply put, this young lady needs to go to the back of the store and stir coffee till she remembers or becomes trained on how to deal with the general public.I askd her to relax and please focus on taking my order, to which I got EXCUSE ME!" As a reply... I was nowhere near rude or loud. I simply asked that she stopped whatever she is doing and focused on the task at hand. Which should go without saying for the person this location decides to put on drivethru window service.A secondary lady came on the microphone and made the rest of the order taking process great. Thank you for that.Upon getting my items and leaving

A really cozy spot to dine in and enjoy a cup of French vanilla. It's right next to the iron horse trail so have a good run and stop by for a quick breakfast.

I don’t review places, but I decided I had to create a reminder on my phone today just so I couldn’t forget to review these amazing people after work! I typically come on my way to work in the mornings, weekdays/weekends, and order my coffee and breakfast. The frequent ladies that work at this location treat you like family, in the best way, they are incredibly kind and try their best even with the craziness of fast-food and understaffing going around. Recognition to a frequent young brown haired girl on drive-thru window that just brightens the morning up, makes sense why they put her in that window position & she double checks the lousy lids/cups! Buddies of mine at work all have great experiences here as well. Fast service, great customer-service, and an enjoyable part of the morning. Can’t complain, props to this location.

This needs a new owner and new staff. Running a Tims is simple business. Coffee and sandwiches are NOT difficult to make. Food is always stale, cold, bread is hard. Coffee tastes weird. The quality of Tim Hortons in general has gotten worse over the years. I doubt head office even cares.

The service was fine but the table we tried to sit at was so wobbly my grandmother had super hot black coffee spilt all over her. This was really bad and a big deal for her. This was NOT OK!

This particular Tim Hortons can't seem to manage to ever get my order correct. 1 large with 2 cream and 1 sweetener.They give me double double, 1 sugar and 2 milk. Pretty much anything except what I order.I understand a mistake will happen once in awhile, but they usually screw up my one coffee nearly every time I visit before work.At this point, I'm grossed out by the coffee they serve and I've decided it's just easier to make my own and bring a thermos to work.

First drive through order taker was a little challenging to hear or understand. They went silent for a bit then replacement person came on clearly. Line was long and moved slowly but was expected for a Sat late morning run
