Had a wonderful experience at this clinic with Dr. Nhan, as well as the receptionists. Dr. Nhan was very attentive and thorough, as well as friendly and kind. The doctor and his team took the time to explain the details of my prescription, my general eye health and what I could expect in future, and provided me with all the documentation I needed to submit to my insurance.Their frame selection is also thoughtful and unique, with most of their frames being hand-made and environmentally friendly. The atmosphere of the clinic is chic and aesthetic. Highly recommend.

The eye examination was very thorough and professional. The doctor was patient, friendly and answered all my questions. He recommended that I get reading glasses. The glasses that I finally picked out were very expensive. I could have gotten cheaper frames but I liked the look of the frame that I picked. They told me it would take 1.5/2 weeks. However, it took over 3 weeks! The day I was suppose to pick up my frames they told me the glasses weren't ready because of an issue with the lab. I was frustrated with how long it took but more with the lack of communication. I had to follow-up with them. The delay and lack of communication left me feeling frustrated.

This was my 1st eye examination in a number of years and Dr. Ly was very patient and kind in taking the time to educate me on the process and answer any questions that I may have. The appointment was on time and simple, and the staff at the front were very helpful. Would definitely recommend this location!

Visited this clinic for the first time and they welcomed me as if I was a long-time regular. Dr. Ly and their team were very pleasant and polite at conducting full eye exams and at recommending me a range of solutions for my eye care needs. Glad to have found my go-to optometrist in this busy city!! :)

I had a great experience coming to St. Lawrence Eye Care for the first time! I had an eye exam with Dr. Austin Ly. He was incredibly thorough, informative, personable and answered all of my ridiculous questions (and there were a lot!). I left with a course of action to help with some issues I was experiencing and of course a new prescription. The front desk staff are also incredible! They thoroughly explained the different components of my prescription and have gone above and beyond to order in new sample frames for me to try on within my budget and my style. Really am very pleased to have given this clinic a shot!

Went for the first time today and had a very pleasant experience! Everyone at the clinic is professional, friendly and helpful. I appreciate the attentiveness that was shown to me by the ladies at the front with helping me choose a style of glasses I liked. Dr. Nhan was punctual, knowledgeable and able to help address any concerns I had Really great experience and would strongly recommend!

Got an eye exam here and had a great experience overall! The staff is very friendly and helpful and the doctor made sure the comprehensive eye exam is actually comprehensive. He took his time going over all my issues and questions and performed a very detailed examination and testing.Would totally recommend this place if you need to have your eyes checked or looking for a new pair of glasses.

Great experience. I went for an eye exam last week, Dr. Ly was friendly and the visit did not seemed rushed as he took the time necessary to do a comprehensive exam.Staff at the front were welcoming. As I said, a great experience.

My wife and I have seen Dr. Nahn several times. He is always thorough, attentive, very professional and friendly. He takes the extra mile to get to know you and your lifestyle to help better assess you. The clinic has a great selection of spectacles to choose from that are in style. The staff are always very helpful as well. We highly recommend this clinic!
