I have been going there for many many years always a great experience with May. Unfortunately last week when I went to go pay with my debit card they gave me a price I tipped on the price. When I went to go look at my bank statements I noticed there was an extra $10 charge so when I asked them about the extra charge they told me that the extra $10 was a service fee for using my debit card. I've used my debit card there many of times and I've never been charged $10 not only that but they did not tell me prior to that they would be charging me $10. I was shocked and very disappointed by the sneakiness of the $10 fee overall they do great work unfortunately that encounter left a nasty taste in my mouth hopefully they won't be pulling that scam on anyone else.

My favourite nail salon. I’ve been getting my nails done here since they’ve opened. Vincent is my mail tech, I trust him with even picking my colours and designs. He always rocks the designs, shapes and colours. I could never go anywhere else.

This review is for the salon in Aurora, previously Vivi nails. I have now had my nails done twice at Bella ny nail salon.I do not remember the girls that did my nails. The place is brand new and so clean someone is alway cleaning up. The girls are all so sweet and friendly. And I will say my nails look fabulous. I will for sure be using there service as my go to nail salon. Happy customer.

1st time coming and definitely will not be returning. 1st, I waited over 20 minutes and I had an appointment. 2nd, it states on your website that you follow a Health Canada- Approved sanitation process using medical graded products which is hard to believe after getting cut, my finger which swelled up and had an infection. On top of that, my nails were not shaped correctly and you can feel bumps on them.

I always have a good experience this salon! I’ve been seeing Kim for 5 years and she always does an amazing job! The salon is super clean, I am always seen on time and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend!!
