Had some frozen pipes and no water for the trailer, The CAT people helped in every way, from helping me rent the rite heater to getting the thing loaded quickly. They even gave me a break on the overall price. Two thumbs up and a great big shout out !!!Thanks to the Cat Rental Store

Has anyone there ever listened to your phone greeting ??? . Trying to order parts , I can't get through . A direct line to the Parts dept would be awesome , or at least someone to answer the phone instead of being disconnected multiple times.....C'mon CAT , Step up !!

Clean and comfortable inside. Staff is nice, but I find most things I picked up from here I end up having to come back for something that they've missed or forgotten.
