**This review is strictly regarding the service received**Called with regards to customized shirts I wanted. Initially, the administrative staff seemed friendly and helpful. I had gathered a few details about the business and my options, followed up with an email requesting a quote and schedule, and the lady I spoke with informed me it would take a few hours at most.I followed up the next day as this request was considered to be urgent (wanted to get an idea of how long the printing would take them, I was ready to pay extra if needed). I was put on hold for about 15 minutes and called back to be put on hold again (with the same lady I had emailed my requests to initially).Decided to order my shirts online through another company to avoid the hassel of dealing with unsupportive administrative staff.

I would strongly advise anyone who is needing a customer service oriented print shop to stay away. They do not return calls, emails or even voicemails. Even if they mention they will call back, they don't. Couldn't even get something done, so I can't review the actual product or service. A companies true review should encompass both the product and the service. In this case the customer service is non existent.I brought up my concern about previous reviews to the Graphic Zone about past negative communication comments, however I stated I was willing to give them a chance. They blamed the negative reviews about communication and quotes on an old employee who they have since relieved of her duties. Don't believe this, because in reality, the service is still exactly as described in a few of the negative reviews on the web.Each time I did reach someone, reception was bad, so they would tell me they'd call back from a better line in the next few mins, never once did they call back. So i went to see them in person. Upon meeting and being reassured about the negative reviews, I couldn't even arrange for a drop off of the items I needed printed as they told me to arrive at the shop one afternoon between 4-5pm. Lady mentioned she would call me around that time to let me know when she was at the shop. In the event I didn't hear from her, I was informed to call them to ensure they were at the shop, so i did and no answer. Left a message and no callback. Furthermore, the email they were supposed to send with a quote never did arrive.I needed a local supplier for approximately 300-500 pieces a month. Calgary has several options for printing. Choose wisely and shop around.Avoid the Graphic Zone, unless you want frustration and a company that doesn't even do the simplest things a business should do, callbacks and follow ups(even when they say they will call back within a minute or follow up in general). Find a different provider.One Could also try Calgary Silkscreen, PS Graphics etc (many to choose from in the city) for your printing needs.

Amazing service!!I used the Graphic Zone.ca to complete a set of memorial t-shirts and from the jump they went above and beyond! With the size of the order, processing usually takes about 10 days and they worked closely with me to get the shirts ready in a few days to accommodate my schedule, this was at no extra charge. The manager was very friendly and really put her time and effort in to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and trust me with the timing and nature of the order I was extremely picky!I would definitely be using them and I recommend using their services you will not be disappointed .

They really need to work on their costumer service at the graphic zone. They are lazy and flakey. I wanted shirts made for my step dads celebration of life. I drove all the way to the north east to go look at their shirts and plan the art work. She told me she would email the finished art work I didn't receive that email until after multiple calls to her. Every time I called she told me she was out of the office and would call me back and she never called me back. I gave the company over a month to make these very simple shirts and at 9 days before the celebration of life and nothing. I ended up going with and entirely different company who have been great and rushed my order. So if you are even considering getting your shirts made here... DON'T! Go with the silkscreen Calgary. I got all my shirts designed and ordered within an hour. These shirts were also helping me raise money for cancer. They didn't take it as seriously as I did. Worst experience ever!

I had a pretty bad experience getting a response from their staff on a quote I had with custom shirts I needed made by the end of the day. I called and was put on hold while the lady found out if they could do the order last minute and then the call disconnected. I called again and left a voice message before having to call again to get in touch with their staff. Finally she told me to send in the image and she would let me know right away if she could do the shirts. I emailed her immediately with it and did not receive a response the whole day. I even tried calling after and nobody picked up. I can't rate their shirt quality or anything else because I never got around to that step of the process. Could be an isolated incidence but I had to go somewhere else to get my shirts done.

The Graphic Zone has become our Companies go to place when we are in need of magnetic signs for our vehicles, signage for our sites and uniforms that we need at a moment's notice. Cheryl is always giving us the best Service & Price, which in this day and age is Wonderful. Customer Service is Phenomenal. Thank you Cheryl for all your Hard Work for us.

I have dealt with The Graphic Zone repeatedly. They produced signs for my business. Safety Shirts for my business., and safety sweaters for my business. The product was quality and delivered in a timely fashion. The costs was very affordable. I have also used their expertise in developing a logo for my business and hockey team. All services for the hockey team were just as exceptional. I can't recall if I had any issues, but if I did they must have been rectified very quickly as I am still a happy customer. Thanks for the great work and great working relationship. I will be back!

Excellent service. Cheryl is amazing, extremely professional and accommodating. The turnaround time is fantastic and they do EXCELLENT work. I highly recommend them, whether you have a small order or a large order!!

Looks like I have a similar story to most here... worst customer service I think I have ever received from any type of business. Provided my own logo for t-shirts and was eventually given a quote but had to call back several times for the status of my order which ultimately just never happened. When I called in over the course of a couple weeks, my calls either mysteriously cut out mid-conversation and not returned, or my messages/emails were not returned even though I know they had all my contact info. I eventually gave up and sure enough never heard back from them and my shirts were never done. Bullshit, sad excuse for a company, definitely go elsewhere!
