I met with Vahid, and he was a great guy in person. No complaints there. He didn't follow up that service very well, though. He constantly took a long time replying to email requests for information (days sometimes), and those replies rarely included the complete information that was asked for. I had to ask many times for certain information, and when I had asked TOO MANY questions (in his mind, despite not answering most of them and not providing me with other vital information), he decided he needed to ask for a retainer (which I would have been more than happy to give him at our first meeting - luckily I didn't!). While I understand I'm taking his time (and that can be valuable) by asking questions, his inability to answer them is what prompted numerous emails. Had he been upfront and provided me with the information he needed (not just parts of the info he needed), it may have been a good experience. Written communication is poor, I would advise not contacting Beaver if you (like me) require or prefer digital/written communication. In person may be a different reality if that's how you can do your business, though! He IS a nice guy...

I like the services which Beaver provides to me and I am happy not to have any issues for individual tax and also business advisory. If you have any questions about your taxation, Vahid is someone to support you completely. In addition, his promise and performance are great and he is responsible for his professional works . when CRA contacts, he will respond them perfectly and provides all the requirements in a way to solve anything's. I recommend Vahid to you and will see all the great results.
