Went in to see if they could repair my laptop cord, and found out cost to repair would be more expensive than buying a new cord. Very pleased that they had exactly my brand name laptop cord in stock for $35, with a guarantee, which I immediately purchased! No need to go to Amazon, and have to search and wait for delivery. :)

Unfortunately, zero stars is not an option. Do NOT rely on this company for an Xplornet installation. They came out and did an assessment and couldn't complete the installation. We made modifications and scheduled another installation a month later. After taking the day off and waiting around for them, nobody showed up. We called Xplornet who said the appointment was Definitely comfirmed". After a call with SX they had no record of an appointment and said they wouldn't be able to get somebody out to do the installation for almost 2 more weeks

Had this company recently install Xplorenet at our house a few miles from Wheatley. Installer was great and service is working perfectly so far.

SX Communications was there for us! We live in rural northeastern Ontario and wanted a relocation of our satellite dish. After several weeks of negotiating with our provider and SX Com., we decided to attempt doing it ourselves because of the outrageous travelling fees. Again to no avail... we couldn’t get any of the software or special tools for the relocation. We finally gave up and agreed it was meant to be with no relocation!! A few weeks later, I get a call from Denise at SX Com. with great news... she would provide us with our required services at a reasonable price. I’m glad to say that the work is finally done. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and punctual. GREAT JOB DENISE AT SX COMMUNICATIONS!!
