Mike did a fantastic job on the 20+ patches I had order! Most of them were different designs, and as someone whom was brand new to embroidery, I had absolutely no idea how much it would cost me. It was an extremely fair price with great service throughout the entire process! I will definitely be a returning customer for future projects.

Mike was so great to work with right from the start. Quick to respond to email inquiries, excellent prices, great turn around time, and amazing work. We had work shirts done for my husband and the logo came out great despite an existing embroidered logo being there before.Mike is very friendly and helpful and knows what he is doing. I contacted over 10 embroidery places before choosing to go with Mike. I highly recommend you do the same, you won’t be disappointed!

I've had numerous items embroidered by Mike. I'm very happy with his work, I had uniform shirts made for a mechanics garage and they have stood up over years of heavy use and harsh chemicals and multiple washings, the stitching is perfectly intact. He made the digital image of the logo and gave me a copy of it that I could use elsewhere if I wanted, most places charge a fee for this, Mike didn't. I would highly recommend him. I've had work done at other larger companies and the stitching took months to be done and in the end needed to be redone as the stitching was loose and difficult to read. I've never had this issue with Mike. My items are done with quality, accuracy and in a timely manner.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Mike and his business, Digi-Stitch Embroidery.My boss and I were attending an international conference where we would see many big players from our industry and have the opportunity to make a name for our relatively small business on an international scale. We were scheduled to leave for the conference on Sunday morning. On Wednesday afternoon, 3 days before leaving for the conference, my boss decided he wanted to get our dress shirts embroidered with our company logo. I was put in charge of finding an embroidery place that would be able to finish these shirts before we had to leave.I had 6 high-end shirts I needed embroidered in 3 days. Digi-Stitch is not the first business I called, but Mike was the only person who didn't laugh at me when I told him my deadline. He asked when I needed them done. I said Saturday morning. He said No problem

Mike has very poor/non-existent communication. He was super responsive (many emails back and forth on the same day) until the item I ordered arrived and then radio silence. No responses to the 3 latest emails and one phone call/voicemail. I asked when the latest date was I could bring the item to have it done by Christmas and never heard back again (after being assured this would be no problem in the original exchange). My husband even popped by the address to drop off the item and no one answered. Now I have a random apron without embroidery and my cousin has no Christmas gift. I recommend using another shop for your needs.

Needed a one off embroidered fall jacket and Mike delivered. He was great through the whole process. Suggested slight alterations to my logo that worked out really nice in the finished product. Fantastic pricing and he was able to turn it around in a day. I'll be going back to him in the future. Support a local guy!

Great quality with a great price. Mike tries hard to get you your orders by the due date that works best for you. You can have a good connection with him, so it is awesome to work with someone that will take your situation into account. Would recommend this place!

I am very disappointed with my experience with Mike and Digi-Stich and will not be a returning customer. Mike was very unresponsive and after several follow-ups, he finally confirmed when he was able to complete my order. He operates out of his home and when I went to pick-up my order for 8 am, he assured me that he would have my order outside, ready for pick-up. I was driving 20+ minutes to pick it up. I showed up for 8 am and he didn't have my order outside. I stood outside in the freezing cold for over 10 minutes, ringing his door bell. Thankfully, someone opened the door and gave me my order.I wrote Mike immediately and asked me for invoice. Over a week later and I am still without an invoice. Save yourself the hassle, and find another embroidery company because it's not worth the stress of dealing with this company.

I got embroidery done on a hat for a Christmas present (the day before Christmas Eve mind you). Mike got it done for me within hours of us talking. You just don't get costumer service like that anywhere else. I'm so happy I found Digi-Stitch Embroidery! The work is absolutely perfect, Mike is amazing to work with and very knowledgeable, and the price is just unbeatable for the quality of service and final product! :)Will definitely be coming back again-Highly recommend!

Mike did a great job on all fronts. His prices are by far the fairest I have seen. The design was embroidered very nicely and the positioning was perfect too. When I came to drop off my uniform he had a sample patch that he gave me of how it would look, free of charge. Everything was done that same day as well. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of any embroidery. Martial Arts uniforms can be a bit tricky to embroider but he did an excellent job.
