Terrible hearing aids. Been back to the factory twice still won't pair to phone. Only recognizes left hearing aid. Couldn't get them off their computer either. Do not buy!!

I received what I wanted. I only wanted to know if my hearing was getting worse or just to confirm that I was losing hearing. The experience was great. I wasn’t pressured into anything and I have a base and now and I was showing the options available and I appreciated the consultation and for that a five stars rating.Thank you

Getting through to my location to book my appointment was a pain, but Shella, the hearing practitioner I saw, was wonderful! Answered all my questions and gave me great tips to improve my hearing aid use experience.
