I join the many reviewers who gave Stereo+ 5 stars. Really great service. From the moment I stepped into the store, I was greeted and assisted with what I was looking for. Very knowledgeable staff. In my case, Andre helped me understand the differences between the TV's I was considering. Once my decision was made he explained the delivery and installation time frame. There is no BS from these guys... unlike other stores that dream up delivery dates to secure a sale, this store is committed to follow through on delivery. In my case, Andre told me they had ordered the same model I was purchasing a week ago and expected its delivery within days. He said as soon as it would arrive in the store they would deliver it to my home. Soon after I left the store, they received their expected shipment and they immediately called me and delivered my TV the SAME DAY! Of course, it won't always happen that way but you can trust these guys won't be pulling wool over your eyes and play with delivery dates just to keep the sale on the books. And, if you hit a hiccup during installation with settings, give them a call and they will help you over the phone. I highly recommend this store for your electronic needs.

Amazing service!!! My tv died yesterday morning, spoke to tech before lunch and by 3 pm my new tv was delivered, installed and the old one taken to re-cycling. Francois, the installer, took the time to explain all the new add-ons and even took the extra time to readjust my remotes so that it was less complicated. Thank-you to all at stereoplus!!
