The hero salad with tempeh is amazing. The tempeh was really well done. However, I don’t recommend the victory one and the falafel.

Food is pricey. My girlfriend ordered a salmon bowl, and the salmon portions seem inconsistencies. The flavor is good nonetheless, but for the price, it's hard to justify if the protein isn't the same portion of every order. The coffee is okay it isn't something I can say to myself. I need a coffee from impact" again

We came here because of a lot of good reviews, but turned out to be a total disappointment. Came in Saturday night at 5, it is quite empty, inside they have very modern deco with high ceiling, relaxing atmosphere.Ordered :Warrior power bowl with steak:$15+$6.5 - 2/5Spicy chicken sandwich: $21.99-2/5Portion is very small, steak was very dry and hard, chicken was dry too, and it took 25min wait for the foods to come. Two items cost $50 with tax and tips . For this quality and portion, it is not worth the money. Will not be coming back..

Food took a ridiculous amount of time to come. I understand we came at a busy time on Mother’s Day for the morning however, we ordered at 10:20am and the first dish came at 10:54am, second came at 11:12am and the last dish came at 11:51pm!! A 40 MINUTE DIFFERENCE between the second and last dish served!!! We had to ask several times and remind the staff to get our meals, otherwise we wouldn’t have received them. The “manager” girl with short buzzed hair and glasses had an attitude for no reason. For a table of three we did not eat our meals together, we ate our meals and completely finished them at different times. Waiting OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF for food is OUTRAGEOUS. Everyone around us finished their food and left before us. No toilet paper in multiple stalls in the bathroom. They also did not have enough utensils so we had to use their plastic takeout utensils. Food looks good and the vibe is nice but do NOT recommend.

This is such an awesome place ! Love the vibe, nice staff, and great food as always.Lots of seating, TTC connectivity, Bright space when sunny, and so much to choose from.Broth and Coffee subscriptions are a steal, for the quality AND the frequency.Like unlimited drinks for that amount? Went yesterday with a friend, had a great experience. The employees were very kind, and the food was delicious. However, options were limited (ie could only get sweet potato wedges with a burger), but the ambience and quality of food made it well worth it.

Pricey but probably one of my favourite non-traditional poke bowls. I find places like this can have bland food, but the poke bowl was actually delicious and I loved the small-cut marinated tuna.My friend also got the chocolate collagen pudding and it was delicious too.Really nice space for a quick lunch. I like the fast-paced experience of a fast-food joint while enjoying the more dine-in experience associated with a restaurant.

Had a great first experience with Impact Kitchen! Larger space, so if you’re Looking for a spot with a wide variety of food and drinks and don’t want to be worried of finding a place to sit so you can work from laptop this is the place! Not putting 5 stars cause they do not accept cash and the staff could be a bit more attentive after serving the order too.

Been coming to this location since last year. Good size for dining in or you can take your food and sit in the common area around the corner.Had the Turkey Chili for lunch today. It had some sour cream and onions on top. The small size was the perfect quick lunch. Bread was toasted a bit too much...not an issue once dipped in the chili.In the past I've eaten the cookies and different baked goods. All tasty and great to eat. Juices are also good.

Amazing brunch options. The service is okay but the food is worth the visit. Clean indoors and plenty of space. I would definitely recommend this place.
