My only hang-up with this place was that my croque madame was bland and it took ages to have our order taken (like 30 minutes after being seated and asking for a few extra minutes to look over the menu at the 5 minute mark. Had we known we’d have to wait another 25 minutes to get our order taken we would have made up our minds right then!) Our waitress ended up giving us good service afterwards but we watched her walk right past us no less than 5 times while we tried to get her attention visually and verbally. Overall though, breakfast here was delicious and the atmosphere was so relaxing. Perfect for the tired tourist that wants a peaceful meal. The presentation of the food was beautiful. We ordered a single soufflé pancake to try and it was so heavenly I wished I’d ordered a whole stack. Their version of hashbrowns was whimsical and tasty. The fruit cup was expensive but was filled with super high quality fruit that ended up being worth the price. I had the wildflower white tea with honey and it was delicious. I’d definitely give it another try in the future and order a different main course.

The Best Eggs Benedict I’ve ever had! Everything about this breakfast was delicious but the ham in particular was exceptional!! I also had a fruit bowl which as also beautifully presented and also yum!Only disappointment was the cafe latte ~ wasn’t hot at all, and took the shine off a little. Beautiful restaurant with a great vibe AND a super friendly and professional team! Thanks!

Great restaurant and excellent service! A big shout out to Erika, our server, who made our dining experience even more enjoyable. She also gave us great recommendations. We ate there twice while in Banff. The French onion soup is amazing, and so is the roasted beet salad. The prime rib is a must try, especially if you dine there on Sunday or Monday. They have a special price for the prime rib on those days. The best part of the meal was the desert. We had the Eton Mess and it was so light and delicious. The restaurant gave our kids a drawing tablet that kept the entertained and occupied. I highly recommend trying out this restaurant when you are visiting Banff. It’s ranked number 5 on TripAdvisor but after trying out all the other top 4 restaurants, in our opinion Bluebird should be number 1.

It’s pretty difficult to say no to all-day prime rib. We had a lovely dinner here and then came back for breakfast because we couldn’t get enough. They’ve done some wonderful renovations in the space - the aesthetics are timeless and classic. Top notch service, and even if you’re full, the key lime pie is an absolute must. A++++

Our server Connor was on point. He really took care of us. My Godson was not in a good mood when we arrived but he brought him bacon right away and the green juice which baby loved. My Gson loved the server because he gave him attention and served the bebe like he was a guest. I highly recommend this establishment. It was so classy. I was really happy that they accommodated our child. Also the food was delicious.

Flawless dinner at Bluebird. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Came in for dinner and ended up ordering from the Happiest Hour menu. The table-side beef tartare and crispy sweet yam is a must and don’t forget to order the key lime pie.

Had a nice brunch here on a sunny Sunday morning. Great location just off the busier downtown core and easily accessible with public parking nearby. Enjoyed the theme and aesthetic of the restaurant very much; a very comfortable and warm spot to enjoy drinks and food. Brunch was clean and tasty furthered by their friendly and helpful service team.

The food is absolutely incredible. We came for both breakfast and dinner & both were unreal.Cocktails also really good.Atmosphere was nice and friendly. Busy, but not rushed.Staff attentive and helpful.Lovely warm fires, nice decor. Love the open kitchen.

Always a memorable occasion at Bluebird. Having been a few times now, the cocktails and food are consistently top notch. The signature Bluebird Colada perfectly balances sweet and sour, and could serve equally as an aperitif or digestif. Most enjoyed plate thus far has been a 6oz Alberta tenderloin - with that juicy char that only wood-fired gives. For veg, the Caesar salad is a fine example, while the coal roasted snap peas are bright with herbs and citrus. The woody venue interior offers a warm chalet vibe with its heritage architecture like no other. Great atmosphere and service.

Had a wonderful time at Bluebird. The food was amazing. We ate our way through Happy Hour. Drinks were thoughtfully designed and creative, yet complimented our meal. The cherry on top of our experience was our server Rob. He was incredibly attentive and kind. It’s clear that he wasn’t just going through the motions but making genuine conversation and connections with customers. After a long day of skiing, his energy and smile was refreshing. We will definitely be back again.
