It seems like it was recently renovated, or at the least reorganized. There's a lot more space to move around now, which is nice. On the downside, it seems like there are fewer books in-store compared and more products from their other categories, i.e., board games, toys, home accessories, etc. I've visited a few times with specific books in mind and I find it's been hit and miss even when I check the inventory online first. I don't expect the website to be 100% accurate, but it seems wrong more often then not.

People don't read books come on... I walked in here for meeting to use the coffee area of Starbucks to do work. Genius plan, I get paid to use public spaces. This place is 10% a Starbucks yet the building probably can only afford rent because of it. Society needs to wake up and use Book stores more often... Like me and make money, think differently.

This indigo location isn’t too busy, they have many organizational items, books, self care diaries, stationary items. They also have a section for children,clothes, items for child care. There’s a cafe area to sit and drink coffee, and enjoy a book.

The place has great ambiance with a great variety of books to read from kids' books to adult fiction novels and even Mangas!! I would recommend the store to everyone who loves books.

Great bookstore that has grown into a store that I love. Interesting books for all ages and love that get carry attractive gift items for almost any occasion. And with Starbucks in the store, you can sit with a warm or cold beverage and enjoy a great book.

Chapters/ Indigo Brampton is the place for books and more. There is something for everyone to read from fictional to non fictional. The books are stocked per readers age and priced tagged. There is a whole block for Harry Potter accessories and books. There is a section socially for kids as well. The atmosphere is warm and clean. There is a direct open space to Starbucks immediately to you left upon entrance. The book prices are affordable. Great place for getting a gift for anyone on any occasion. I definitely recommend it. There is free Wi-Fi for members. There is adequate parking space available outside. Visit and you would not regret once you love books.

The employees here are very charismatic and fun to talk to. I had a nice individual point me in the direction of many fantasy novels when I gave her very little to go off of in terms of preference. I ended up picking up a couple of her recommendations and I very much am enjoying them so far. I cannot remember her name, but I appreciate her help.Whether you're there to browse or looking for something specific, I high recommend stopping by to at least meet this kind staff. I most definitely will be coming back.

The only negative was I'm assuming was manager was watching my son and daughter like a hawk. We litterly spent $150 don't assume all young people steal. You were overheard when you went on a break for an employee to watch them. Our family takes long to chose our books. We were there for about an hour going up and down isles making our final decisions
