This store has FANTASTIC staff. Super accommodating, friendly and helpful. They fixed an issue that I had at the Masonville location with efficiency. And they weren't troubled with helping no matter how long it took. They also helped my fiancé pick out his wedding ring but since our wedding isn't until next summer they promised to give us a call whenever there were sales going on. Since then they've called twice keeping their promise and I am so impressed. I really appreciate all the work they've done to gain me as a customer! Please go here!

My fiancé paid for an engagment ring from this store, ordered the size of ring I need and when he went to pick it up it was three sizes too small. They suggested he take the small ring while we wait for my ring to come in.. Everytime we have called to see when the ring will be in they tell us they are not even sure where it is located ot whats going on.... Not too enthused with this.

They charge a an extra premium fee on top of their set price for any repairs or resizing for any jewelry not purchased at Mappings. Ridiculous.

My fiance and I just got our wedding bands from here this morning. Linda was the one who helped us and she was absolutely incredible to deal with. For anymore of our jewelry needs we will definitely be coming back to deal with her at Mappins White Oaks.

Waited 20 minutes in the store before being acknowledged. Employees would not even make eye contact with me until they were ready to.

They charged my credit card twice.Called customer care line 3 times. The first time I was told that they only handle on line purchases, the second time the representative hung up on me. When I called back a third time I asked for a supervisor, and after a lengthy wait I was told that they had no record of me or my purchase and that they would have to call the store.In regards to the purchase it self I am not impressed. One of the pairs of earring were purchased for a baby and were highly recommended by the associate who said that they were the best to get as they had screw on backs and would stay on.Well needless to say they didn't and one of the earrings was lost 3 days after purchase.I am very disappointed in the quality of products, the sales associates and the customer service team.I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

Worst Experience Ever. Went in Thursday afternoon and was promised that a ring set was 1000.00 with 50% off, 500.. Said we had time to think it over and come back. Promised that was the price. Unreal right!? Yea. It was. I drove back the next day...an hour and a half drive. Just to be told its actually a 2000.00 ring set. And walked away with NOTHING.I will NOT be back. Mappins Broke Our Hearts Yesterday. Never Again.

So very pleased with my rings that came in. The fact that they came in early was even better. The staff knew how to handle me and how to direct me towards purchasing the rings that best suited my partner & I. I really appreciate the hard work that when in with customer service and overall elegance. I would recommend to any mother or daughter, couple, family, or bachelor(ette) to try!
