Ralph and his team are professional and very attentive. Before I purchased my car, I brought it over for an inspection. The agent (Wes) took it for a test drive, then did a thorough inspection on the vehicle giving me the clear that everything looks good. They gave me advice and were very thorough with making sure I understood everything. I highly recommend this place- and Im prepared to make the trek from Comox to this place as the service is top-notch and the owner and employees are so kind and easy to deal with.

Really nice guys :)Squeezed me in to check heating issues for my Xtrail06.You know mechanics in This Campb river area super busy.Partly i could learn and observe diagnosis myself but not for long... But still cool. I love it. But its hard for mechanics to concentrate when somebody observes...There is a Cool doggy always ready to destress you, when you hear diagnosis ha ha. He doesnt charge much tho maybe 10$/h... first hour free :)))

Ralph and his guys are excellent here, saved me thousands of dollars in catching problems before they were big and gave great advice on what work needed to be done with two of my vehicle.I couldn't recommend this business more for personal and commercial services!

They told me they’re not interested in helping me. Very short, poor customer service. It’s fine if you don’t have capacity but you can just say that. Person on the phone was hostile.

Very knowledgeable and trustworthy! I came in for what I thought was an exhaust leak, but ended up being a wheelbearing issue. I decided to do the repair myself and it totally fixed the issue. I think they are slightly more expensive than others, but it's worth it to not get overcharged for unnecessary repairs. They could have totally taken advantage of me and did an exhaust repair, but they didn't. Friendly staff too!

Not from here and needed help with a tire on my truckThey were busy but moved things around to help me out. When waiting I witnessed other clients come in and all were very complimentary of the staff and it seems like they have a loyal following. They fixed me up and had me on my way in no time. I was impressed with the staff and more then happy with the price..... If I lived here I would come here all the time. Highly recommend
