CARSTAR Medicine Hat

There are not enough good words to say about this place. I was involved in a minor car accident, I took my vehicle to a few places for estimates. CARSTAR came out on top with the best possible repairs for my car. Betty was amazing to deal with, what a gem of a lady, they need to give her a raise! Zoey was awesome as well with the estimate and keeping me up to date on the return of my car. The end result was my car looking brand new. You can’t tell it was even in an accident. I highly recommend this place. I don’t know who the technician was that did the repairs, but hats off to you Sir! you did an amazing job :) thank you!

Wow! What service! I loved the emails Showing me the status of my vehicle. Betty was also very helpful through the whole process! They went above and beyond, it was a pleasure to deal with Carstar and recommend them to everyone!

Very friendly staff. The work was very well done. (written in notes from the Honda Dealership when it went in for alignment and further inspections after work was completed.). They sent me pictures of everything through email and answered all questions I had regarding parts etc. Betty was a pleasure to talk to as well. I was initially concerned with going to Carstar as it was a choice of there or there with my vehicle through my insurance lol. I highly recommend. I also like what they're doing with the food bank offering discount for food bank donations. Thanks for all your help guys.

Unfortunately we've had to use their services twice. They did a fantastic job both times.They listened to me tell the story of the multicar hit and run that my family and I were victims of with interest. I realize now that they must hear stories like that all the time, even though it was the craziest thing that ever happened to me. It was kind of them to sympathize.I found the quality of their work to be top notch. Our car is back to its original condition.I hope I never use their services again, but they are top on my list.

Who in the world is perfect? CARSTAR is close! We wanted amazing customer service, an excellent finished product, and reasonable prices--we got all of these and more with CARSTAR. I highly recommend you give them a call. That is all it takes. One call and you are hooked. We have returned on a number of occasions and have never once been disappointed.

This time it was not a really good experience.They did a good job on my SUV on 2018 when somebody strucks us from behind and their repair was pretty good.But now it was not a good.The manager is a person that should not be in contact with the costumers.He was rude and yelling us because we went to talk to him about we were disagree about their statement on our claim.They have my truck for almost a month and all they did was the detailing inside,the keys and alignment, the body work he said that they don't have the time to do it so it will be another month to get it done.So I ended up taking my truck out there to get it fix somewhere else.Never again I will use this bodyshop again.I wont recommend this place anymore the management needs to get change.

I can't say enough about the professionalism I experienced with Carstar. The work they performed on my truck was beyond my expectations. It came back looking better than new. They detailed the interior and made sure everything was perfect before returning it. Betty was incredible to deal with and went over and above to make sure I was well taken care of with my insurance company and the rental company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company to take care of their vehicle repairs. Thanks Carstar for a great job!!

Carstar Medicine Hat is the only shop I will go to. A few years back they handled a hail claim of mine and more recently repaired damage from a fender bender. The staff are fantastic Betty and Zoey were the front line persons I dealt with. You ladies rock. They kept me up to date and made sure the job was done right. My baby looks good as new and the paint matched perfectly. I couldn't be happier. Thankyou so much Carstar for the great service and A++ quality of work.

The service here was so amazing I need to write a review. Professional, and betty was incredibly friendly! The workmanship was perfect, paint colour was exact. I literally can not say 1 negative thing about Car Star, after dealing with several shops in the hat over the last 15 years, I will only be dealing with them from now on with every opportunity I can.

Overall just a really good experience with this company. When my husband first contacted carstar in regards to our cars power steering zoe (at the front desk) was very professional and accommodating. The mechanic's and everyone else we dealt with after were exactly the same. Very kind and pleasant people to deal with. Definitely recommend, to anyone looking for a good shop. We will be using them for any further issues with our vehicle. 10/10 thanks again guys!
