3 appts scheduled & rescheduled at last minute for a deck project which I finally declined as it seemed beyond them, then a simple kitchen faucet job install was another horrible experience. Over 40 mins late for scheduled appointment then sat in his vehicle in my driveway eating his breakfast he had stopped to pick up on his way. As I was already outside waiting I yelled to get his attention as we were appalled at his lack of professionalism & no customer service due to his so obvious lack of concern at his tardiness which must of upset him as he turned around & left me standing outside my home. As this was my 4th go round with this company I feel for anyone who makes the mistake of “trying” to use their services. I pity Sherry in office who has to deal with sooo many unsatisfied customers as she did her best. BEWARE!!!

I found Handyman Connection while searching for a Painter for the inside of our new home. I was fortunate to speak with Sherry regarding our move/new home. Sherry has supported us, negotiated us through all the twists and curves we have had and we have our Painter at our new home now. She has been outstanding in her support, service, and standing by us all the way through. Our painter Doug, did our kitchen several years back and he is the one Painting our new home. We are thrilled to have such a talented craftsman paint our home. We have no concerns the job will be well done. We are very happy to have contacted Handyman Connection to do this project for us. Handyman Doug White built a 22 foot long ramp on parents house. Very sturdy, built very quickly with minimal disruption to us. Highly recommend Handyman Connection to get what you need done quickly. Thank you so much Doug!

Allen was the handyman who came to complete an estimate of the work required. I wanted to change a large closet into a desk work area. There was a long shelf and clothes rod to be removed and a new shorter shelf installed.The quote he proposed was accepted and he said he could start right away. He left to get some supplies returned quickly and the work was done quuickly.He left the work site spotless.We were very pleased with the work.Thank you.

Phoned in for repairs for a leaking toilet,damaged walls and floors.Ben came out and did an estimate right away. When I accepted their estimate Ben started work and between Ben and Alex Walls the plummer,my bathroom/laundry room was up and running in a total of 17 hrs. This was repairing walls,replacing floor, and installing new toilet. Excellent work from both men and I will use handyman again. One call and everything was looked after .Great job

Sherry was so friendly and personable everytime I spoke with her on the phone, she made the whole process from booking to payment super easy. Our handyman Doug was fantastic, he was prompt, easy going and got the job done quickly & professionally. Great experience overall!

Disappointing, unprofessional, over-priced.I needed a 50A hot tub connection. I was initially advised that only labour would be provided and that I'd need to provide the materials, so I ordered the 50A spa pack and 50A breaker for my main panel. Handyman came and provided a quote for $1,680 for labour and estimated materials to be $300-500. I then gave him the 50A spa pack which had arrived and he said that will work and save me some money. He then offered to collect the materials and finish the job same day. I agree, thinking I'm all-in for ~$2K — the labour quote plus $300-500 of materials and a discount for the $250 spa pack I've provided. He returns and as he's finishing the final hook-up, he says the material costs are going to be closer to $700. All-in-all, I ended up paying $2,356.84 to Handyman Connection and $250 to Amazon for the spa pack.I'd already been quoted $2,200 for the job by another electrician, and I had an indicative quote of $2,000 from another (they wanted $150 to visit and firm up the quote) — both of which were given photos and the distance of the cable route.At no point was I told what the final price was until it was too late. I now need to install a protector plate and patch up the two holes in the drywall. Kicking myself that I didn't do the job myself.

Matt installed a cat door and was punctual, professional and efficient. He made sure that it looked neat and tidy when it was done, even coming back the next day to replace the liner and glue it down properly. No mess, no fuss.

After 10 days of someone trying to mud with a 6 inch trowel and sand with a 4 inch sandblock...I had to have the entire room I had built by them, ripped out and have it started over because the ledges were concave, the tape cracked everywhere and every bead bubbled. I was told the job would be completed by December 21 and by January 13 they walked out on the contract because they couldn't complete the job in a timely fashion. Mostly because I kept being put on hold for their personal family time. Having someone work in your home til 10:30 pm is unacceptable, even worse when they leave your job unfinished job to go to another job.Their guarantee of Job done quick, job done right, guaranteed, really isn't a guarantee. The job was neither done, done right or done quick. A small 9x13 bedroom shouldn't take a month, with two weeks to mud it. It should not have looked like a 40 year old patched up room! Needless to say, I would not recommend. I do have substantial pictures for proof.
