Arrival safe place presence of a well-maintained parking lot respectful of the accessibility of people with intellectual and physical disabilities. Entrance, counter, customer services at the same ground level. A very warm welcome, always listening to customers. Simple, fast, intuitive rental confirmation process. Fleet of recent rental vehicles. A+ extremely satisfied with the maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicles. Return without comment. Very fast !I recommend. Sarah, one of the managers at the Ontario St., St Catharines location, is phenomenal. I had a rental from a different Enterprise location that would intermittently not start. She arranged a replacement over the phone with great urgency, I didn't even feel the need to explain my full experience with the vehicle!!She was a joy to work with and had a clear understanding of her customer's situation. With Sarah as their manager, I am confident her staff have someone earnest and empathetic to lead, support and teach them.

Never ever have I had such good service from a car rental! I can't recommend this location enough. When 'the other' car rental informed me at 9:30 am on the day I was to pick up my rental, that they had moved to another city, I was able to get a car from the lovely people at Ontario St rental. They were clean, professional and very very nice.

The team at this Enterprise location are wonderful! We were in town on vacation and had an issue with our car. We needed to rent a car for a couple of days and they were more then helpful. Amazing customer service!

Experience is great so far. Very friendly staffs. Patrick served me and I was pleased with his professionalism. Got a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from them and it is still with me. I will update this review if anything changes later while returning the car.

While my truck was in the repair shop I had a rental vehicle from Enterprise. The staff were very friendly,accommodating and quick to get me into a vehicle. They checked up on me throughout the rental. Overall experience was.very satisfying. Highly recommend renting from this company.
