First off I think it's pretty scummy that if I ask for gravy for my dipping sauce with popins they ring in sweet and sour and charge me for a small gravy. Not to mention they charge me 2.50 for this when many places do not. To top it all off the gravy which is usually really good is so thin and watered down today it actually makes me very upset that I was charged an Extra amount of money at all. So now I have garbage sauce that doesn't even taste good to use and I'm paying for it. Great job guys

Got home with 2 big Mary's no fries or taters or pepsi called to make a complaint and get my fries and taters. After working all day and getting home they told me to come back I didn't have the time I was told by Stephanie the manger it's to bad for me and got hung up on. I called back and had to speak to an aggressive male supervisor telling me it's not their problem. Almost 35 dollars for 2 big Mary's. 0 recommend.

I just ordered a Nashville hot chicken combo and it barely had any Nashville hot chicken seasoning on it. I bring it back and explain that I don't taste the seasoning because it's a small dab in the center on both sides. They ask to take my sandwich back to the kitchen to add more to it after I already took a bite. I explained why I was bringing it back and instead of fixing it the girl comes out to argue that it's not seasoning. Ok but the seasoning is in the oil which is what makes a Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich. Unreal. I paid full price and they are literally arguing black and blue instead of just giving me the product I paid for.

When you order a big mary and the burger itself is smaller then a chicken nugget... Seems like a not so big mary.. once was a favorite now 1/4 the size they were when a big mary was created

They have finally listened to my suggestion that they clean the fries for of potato peel a lot better. I also started getting the dark piece upgraded to a small side peace for a dollar extra and that made a huge difference and how could it taste. The last few times especially have been exceptionally good.Their Mary Monday's are only $4.99 each & overall it's a great ssandwich but with this you save about $5.00 extra!

Overall speed in the drive thru was pretty descent. I wish that they didn't make those poor workers pay for the condiments out of their paychecks though. Large taters = 1 S&S sauce. Cutbacks I guess since they just paid the city to rename mile one to the tater bowl or the chicken shack or whatever they're going to call it.

Only got half my meal. Got home and called to let them know I'll be coming by to get my money in the morning to which the supervisor started crying on the phone saying I was yelling and hurting her feelings which never happened. If you want a WOKE big Mary with green and blue hair this is the perfect restaurant for you !
