Tow truck driver put his hands on me for video tapeing my own car. I didn’t say anything or do anything he just thought it would be ok to assault me and everything would be fine .

You can find sharper knives in the spoon drawer. When you pay hundreds of dollars, you would expect that they would know what they are doing. Can't drive forward and can't back up without hitting things. Driver was rude as hell. Don't rely on the 1st truck to show up, shop around.

Excellent service. The driver was really great. We left him with the keys and headed for the hospital. They delivered the car to the collision repair centre the next morning. One less issue. Nice to have honest people to deal with.

Rolling your car into the ditch on a busy overpass is terrifying. To have someone come out and immediately you help and make sure you are safe when your in shock does make life easier. Mike was absolutely terrific with us. He made sure we were safe and warm. Brought us coats to wear while we waited for the police. He made sure we were safe while we waited for our ride and let me focus on being safe and uninjured instead of trying to nickel and dime us. He made a horrible experience an easy one to get through and for that I thank him.
