When you get a job at The Source, are you required to completely ignore customers? Either I'm unapproachable or every single one of the Quebec locations have absolutely terrible customer service reps. Prices are higher than any other electronics store, staff are so uninterested help in helping customers, how the heck is this chain still open???

I live in laval and I’ve been to many la source stores but this one had by far the best customer service. Ahmad Agha helped me a lot and he was able to give me the best phone plan for me and my entire family. He is super honest and will take great care of you. Thank you for the great service!

No wonder the prices are comically way too high (20 to 30 dollards for generic jelly beans components), the tiny store has 10 employees on the floor. It's mind boggling how the store manage to pay all those salaries.

I was in a predicament and Ahmad saved my companies communication with excellent deals and some of the newest phones for 14 employees!Highly recommended and i had a very entertaining day with his amusing personality and great jokes.I will definitely be returning to him and recommend him to everyone in need of phone support.

I bought a pair of earphones at another location and i was VERY unsatisfied with the performance.LUCKILY Mac and Agha were in store to SAVE ME from a tech nightmare. These dudes have your back! PERFECT and PAINLESS customer service!! Thank you sooooo much, guys!!
