Bumper to Bumper

I have been going to Bianchis for both our vehicles since moving to Badford ten years ago. We have never had a problem with any of the repairs needed for our vehicles. I will continue going back.

My car was making horrible noise when braking and getting worse by the minute. I called and they said bring it in right away. They took my car in right away, and said it would be approximately 1.5 hours to fix. They fixed it and I was out the door again before the 1.5 hours were up. Very friendly and reasonably priced.

This is a great place if you want your valve stems broken AND have the manager swear at you.

Terrible . Too many issues to mention. Bianchis recommended to us by a Bradford resident. First time should have been a lesson but continued to go back several times, always dissatisfied with results. Final straw was when we took our car back to get the tires changed over. Was told we needed 2 new tires. All 4 Michellin tires had been purchased a year earlier from Costco. When I checked the tires that required attention found out then that we had 2 tires that I didn't know where they came from. Couldn't get any answers why I had these no name tires on our car. Last time I went back. My son paid almost 2k to get his brakes done. Not even a year later calipers were shot and he required another extensive brake job. Beware of this place they are very dishonest.

Great place. I have been here 3 times. They stand by their work and are very trustworthy. My mechanic of 30+ years recommended them and it's all been great work with very pleasant management.

Had a great experience at Bumper to Bumper today. Even though it was just a seasonal tire swap, they kept me notified and were a pleasure to be around while I waited. We will continue to have our vehicles serviced at Bumper to Bumper. Highly recommend!

TERRIBLE . TERRIBLE .TERRIBLE . NEWER GO TO THIS PLACE.Replaced the alternator and paid full price $750 , the new alternator worked not long time , when i said that the alternator broken again they explained me that they have to call to supplier , but never call me back . When i came to the garage they said that there is no warranty on this part LOL.

Bianchi Auto Center knows their limits! When they tell you they do not know how to repair your car, believe them and take your vehicles elsewhere.The first week Bianchi Auto Centre had my vehicle, the car was ready for pick up at the end of week. However, the very next day, after driving only a short distance, all the noises and warning lights were back.I brought my car back and Bianchi Auto Center suggested to simply keep driving with the EPC light and the engine malfunction light on as they did not know what the issue was.However, my mistake was that I asked if they were sure and if there was something else they could do.So, they kept trying, and after over $1,000.00 in repair cost; the EPC light and the engine malfunction light were still on.After 2 weeks without a car I decided to take my car elsewhere.The other repair shop was able to correctly diagnose and repair my car in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. They also mentioned what Bianchi Auto did was useless, and that if I kept driving as Bianchi Auto told me, that the car would have eventually failed on me.

Fast quick visit for a minor repair on my jeep, employees were friendly and helpful. I will for sure return here for any future repairs.

Overall we have had good experiences here. I feel they are a place I can trust to give me a reasonable price on repairs and to get the job done right the first time. If they can, they will give you a ride home if it is going to take a while. Peter is a good guy who is easy to talk to and the mechanics are friendly and helpful. They do all kinds of repairs and tires. A safety will cost you much less than the big guys or a dealer.
