To the gentleman who answered the phones on Wednesday 28th. I hope you are happy, you made my Mother cry. You were so rude. If you didnt have time to answer questions on a product you sell or back up your repairs, why bother to answer the phones. If you were having a bad at 9.00 am why answer the phones. My Mother is still waiting for your call back. I will NEVER recommend your place of business again. You do not stand behind the products you sell or repairs. 4 times in 1 1/2 years. Do you sell inferior products??? Refurbish as new. I wonder. Is that why my Mother is having so much trouble. Customers beware.

Called to try and arrange for my refrigerator to be fixed and had the displeasure of speaking to Tom. He asked if the compressor or fan turns on and I said only the fan, the compressor doesn't...he asked are u sure?". I told him I wasn't an expert on the topic but from what I can tell it doesn't. The was then abrupt and said "well we can't come today anyway. I'll leave it up to you" then hung up. My wife still wanted to have them take a look so she called any his attitude was the same. I told her to cancel the appointment because you can't expect much from someone who can't even manage a civil conversationUPDATEI decided to investigate the issue myself (YouTube) and figured out that the issue was not the compressor itself but simply the Start Relay. Ordered the part on Amazon for $20

Have used dependable many times, used to be be very pleased with them. This time got someone new on the phone who was full of questions, had no answers or solutions and while he struggled to understand what the model number related to told me they wouldn't help. Our dryer belt broke. Lowe's didn't have it. Dependable had the part. I walked it and got the part. They verified that we had the correct part. I installed the part and the dryer was happy to be back at work. Friendly staff. Thank you dependable!

Awesome service. Washing machine wasn’t draining or spinning. Kyle came promptly and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He explained what he was doing and was very pleasant. Highly recommend this company!

The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful. He knew what the problem was with my dryer immediately and provided me with the correct part. He was patient and explained things well to me. This little gem of a store was a huge help!

I have use Dependable Appliances many times in the past in our various rental locations and was very pleased with them at the time. This time, the customer service was horrible. While initially kind in my first call, they did not seem to have heard anything that I said and were very misleading about price and service. Instead they were rude, condescending, spoke over me, interrupted to justify their poor communication without taking any accountability and harassed me daily even though I had explained exactly when I would send in a payment and why. It was extremely clear that there was no point in trying to communicate with them. We own a number of properties in the city and will no longer be using them. Because I have seen how they are unaccountable and simply justify and blame their customers for miscommunication in their reviews and directly with me, I thought I would leave a review to share my experience. Just because COVID happened and prices have gone up, it doesn't justify poor communication and poor customer service.
