Decent facility and staff. The only downside is, sometimes they close early - or for entire days - but don’t update their online hours to reflect this. Planet Fitness, all I’m asking is that you post to your google page or Facebook or something to clarify what times you’ll be closed. Going to the gym on a Monday night is all fun and games until you realize the gym is closed without warning. Now imagine if you took pre-workout… By all means, run your business as you see fit. But on behalf of the Planet Fitness community, I think it’d be awesome if we were kept in the loop regarding maintenance hours and early closing times.

Started going to the gym after not being in one for many many years. Going to a new gym can be a bit intimidating and I typically like to support smaller businesses.I have been going a few months and feel right at home at PF. Lots of machines and depending the time you go it's not overly crowded. They do lack some more advanced machines as they are typically all assisted but that's the type of audience PF is usually looking for.The culture they try to reinforce is that this is a gym for people to start out, and I think they do a pretty good job at it. You see lots of people who i would not say are regulars to the gym, so that i certainly appreciate.You do not have the feeling that people are looking at you if you do not have much experience so again that's a good thing.Most people sanitize the equipment which again is a great thing. They also have tanning beds and massage beds which is also a nice perk of the black plan.Overall pretty happy.

Greta place, friendly staff! I really appreciate Kaleb fixing and cleaning the drinking fountain!! unlike alot of other gyms I have been to.

Amazing place to work out. All the equipments are brand new and available more than 4-5. Loving there 30 mins workout, workout is now a habit. Truly they have no criticism

Good gym.. Chilliwack location is ok. However, it feels a little aged with roof leaks.. love that I can go to any location anywhere.. Edmonton location is beautiful

Great gym with lots of equipment and a nice little spa area. I'm a newb when it comes to gyms and was nervous going in but they were welcoming and explained it all to me. The price is very reasonable too for the Black Card. That's worth it because you can relax after a hard workout on the hydra message bed. I love it. I have back issues and it helped a lot. I'll be back lots more now I'm a member.

Just wanted to share good experience and service in the gym . Specially , Mark who introduced me and explained about the centre ..He is awesome communication skills, very friendly and very professional

The club has really gone down-hill in the past six months. Staff mostly visit with each other behind the front desk and aren't interested in keeping the facility clean. The cleanliness of the facility has gone down-hill. Also, getting out of your contract is a nightmare.

Great deal for the black card monthly pass. Includes tanning, hydro massage, and massage chairs. You can usually find equipment available for workouts. It's a little harder at peak times. The staff are always pleasant, and friendly.
