Dropped in to get my bio gel nails off and I was serviced by Jimmy.He ripped me a new one for choosing to take off my fake nails and just do shellac and said my nails won’t last cause I took them off too early.. I had them on for 3 weeks and just didn’t want take nails on anymore. He then kept going and telling me ever 2 minutes how I should spend the money to get bio gel refill instead of just doing what I requested. It felt like I was being rushed out since my bill wasn’t going to be over $50 minimum .. I’ve never had a bad experience here before but he took the cake today. Just wanted to pamper myself before Mother’s Day and I left feeling sad & rushed out ..I would still continue to come here just would deny service from Jimmy.

Best salon I’ve been to since moving to Ancaster 1 year ago! Jen took her time, asks all the right questions, and even offers her expert opinion/suggestions! High quality service and products!

My favourite nail salon to go to! They do a great job on my nails every time and when I get acrylics done here they last longer than they have at any other salon I’ve been too. The customer service is also great! Highly recommend

Jimmy is THE BEST!!! Get the extra massage when you get your pedicure - trust me! You feet and calves will be in heaven.Plus? MY NAILS ARE GORGEOUS!!!!!

I had booked with Jen and was given another person. It was bio gel very thick, I picked a sheer color showed a lot of imperfections. As well my nails are longer on one hand. I will have to to another salon to have it repaired. 60 Dollar service .

Do not go here! This was the worst place I ever got my nails done. They told me lower price on the phone and charged me more when I was there. The man who did my nails was extremely rude and did not do them well! He was rushing and kept upselling things to me. I told him I did not want any extra things because I wanted to get my nails done and go, and he kept upselling. It was the worst experience ever. I would not recommend going here.
