Worst property management, Olivia is unprofessional and cannot maintain cordial relations with tenants who pay $1100/month. Disgusted by the lack of respect and integrity that this manager displays. If I could give this manager a zero, I would. Cannot even spell most things when she is informing us about updates. USE GRAMMARLY or a dictionary manager!

Nice,clean, secure apartments and Olivia is very helpful in getting work done quickly whether its regarding any issue in apartments or any documents need.

I Detest this apartment so much, that they just make your life so miserable, how can you have an apartment without a parking spot for the tenants if they decide getting a car, you can’t make a temporary parking for them to park and this is downtown it’s difficult to park. They always intentionally make it beginning of the month before they can provide you with a spot. I don’t recommend anyone staying here. No visitors parking and all like very annoying . My car has been towed severely because of this building

The team at 33 is super supportive. Especially Char & Lorraine who are always on top of all the issues of the tenants. Victor & Sean do a great job on maintenance. Even the cleaning guy is always welcoming and always greets us ! :)

33 Hargrave has an amazing team! Shawn, Viktor and Ernesto are doing a fabulous job. I feel safe at 33 Hargrave, and whenever I have any maintenance issue, they would take care of it perfectly. Kudos to this amazing team!

The hospitality here is incredible! All the staff are so nice and always ready to assist. The building manager is a lovely lovely person

I’ve just recently been approved as a new tenant at the fort Garry towers. The building seems clean and well maintained. But most importantly they are pet friendly. Our pets are considered our children and our #1 priority is to find a home where they belong. I will post more reviews as I begin my life there.

I am so happy that I found this apartment. First off!! The view is amazing! The apartment is also in a very convenient location. Everything is one bus away and I find this place to be very safe as well.In terms of maintenance. I cannot emphasize how sweet and responsive their team is. I find this charming person in the office named Mel and she is always on her toes to help everyone out. Precious helped me with the paper work and Jaine helped me find the right suite. Mel, Precious and Jaine are the absolute best!!!, always smiling and humble. They really get things done" asap.Infact my issues were addressed on the same day!Not to mention their maintenance team. Victor and Erwin are pros! If you ever have a problem

I've moved here 2 years ago and I am on my 3rd renew lease. The last 6 months are being great under the new management. Building is more clean, secured and organized than ever.Management team are super polite and willing to help, well organized and wherever they tell you they will work on your case, it will happen.They've been great on their communication, renewing the common places and equipments.It is impressive how only 6 months under a great management team the things got so better.I hope my next year of lease will the an even better experience living here.
