Julie was absolutely amazing. I feel like a whole new person. She just hit all the right spots. She was also super friendly and kind hearted. Overall an absolute fantastic experience. Definitely coming back.As for the place it was super clean as well. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere.Lilia the receptionist was also super friendly and she made the whole booking experience super easy.

5 stars on the massage and staff. Excellent experience.4 stars on the facility. Neat little place, interlock needs work around the pool. More of a party atmosphere it seemed. If you are looking for a calm spa experience, maybe Nordique or Scandanavie.

It was very nice scented room and the massage was great. My masseuse doesn’t quite speak good English but ok. She did all her best to repair my post ski falls and ache place. But the before and after service wasn’t that fantastic. The front desk sort of ignore you probably because a spa customer is not the bel air lodging customer ? No one offer water , or said hi or make the post experience a great one too, hence I drop a star. Wished the whole service was consistent throughout. We tipped both direct to massause and during payment itself , felt a bit much .

Great spa within the Bel Air tremblant resort! The massage therapist was great, and the receptionist lady Lilia was so wonderful, friendly and made me feel welcome. I had a nice time relaxing at the spa for a nice massage and sauna. I didn’t use the jacuzzi as I have one in the cottage we are staying at, but I’m sure it’s great!

Had a truly amazing experience here. Lilia who works at the front was so welcoming and accommodating and made our stay great. My masseuse, Julie, was also so excellent and I left that place feeling better than I have in a long time after the massage. Highly recommend!

My girlfriend & I had 2 great experiences at Ono Spa this week. The first was a 60min hot stone massage & the second, 60min therapeutic massage.The quality & professionalism of the massages were amongst the best I’ve ever experienced at spas & massage locations.Although we are renting a cottage at Bel Air Tremblant for 6 nights, it should be noted that anyone can come & experience this as well.Our massage therapists Cristina, Steven & Emelie did a great job at assessing our needs & adjusting the massage to them.Highly recommend for people looking for a great massage, in a relaxing setting.

Therapeutic massage, sauna, spa and wellness areas. The masseuse helped relax tense muscles from past injuries and stress. The staff was very kind and the whole experience was very relaxing.

Thank you Bel Air Ono Spa Team, specially Julie, Emelie & Lilia, for the terrific services and taking such great care of me. My treatments at the Ono spa were essentially the best I’ve experienced, and I can say this after having visited spas all over the world. I look forward to visiting the Ono Spa again soon!
