Very peaceful, clean and nice space. My therapist, Sarah Tenebein was great. She made me feel comfortable right away, she asked questions about me and my needs, and by the end of her assessment she also shared her plan for the session. During the treatment she asked questions and confirmed that everything she does makes me feel comfortable. I really appreciate her thoughtful approach and attention to details. One thing to mention, that does not relate to Sarah, but the front desk personnel, is the occasional loudness that occurred and it was distracting to me. As a patient I want deeply relax when I am at the treatment. Loud voices that came from the outside of the room interrupted my experience. It wasn’t awful, but there is a room for improvement.

Valentina is an absolute miracle worker. I’ve been seeing her during my pregnancy for acupuncture and she’s been amazing. Very comprehensive, high level of care and knowledgeable. I love how she incorporates scraping, dry needling and cupping. Highly recommend her - not just for pregnant people but anyone who needs muscle relief.

Valentina is an exceptional professional and a wonderful friend. One of her greatest strengths is her talent and sensitivity in hands. Her touch is gentle and yet firm, and she has an innate ability to read the body and provide exactly what it needs. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Overall, I would highly recommended Valentina to anyone looking for a skilled and caring professional.

I like to get a massage every month as I have a full time desk job and sit for most of the day. I like to get the RMTs to focus on my upper back, shoulder and neck area where I am the most tense. They really get deep into my knots and it feels amazing! Only downside is they don’t bill directly to any insurance provider so I have to pay out of my pocket first and get reimbursed. But I recommend them 100%! Very relaxing and stress free environment.

Amazing RMT Kirsten is a miracle worker. Best massage I have EVER had. As a registered nurse I need lots of body care and she is incredibly gifted. Highly recommend!
