Dr lal very good Dr…..no doubt but other staff so rude ..,,,,never answer calls , have to keep calling 3/4 days …even working days bcoz phone is on silent not on ring if they are free from their chit - chat they will answer other wise not . I saw 90% patients are indian community… but one of there staff lady don’t understand Punjabi or Hindi when they chit- chat she understand punjabi but when other patients talk to he in Punjabi her response was very rude ( is ENGLISH..) last week i was sitting waiting for my appointment was just observing how rude she was with ppl . I did same course what they teach us main thing is be polite and nice .. no idea what king off attitude she had with ppl .. felt so bad . There is always way to talk .

I totally agree with Catherine's review. The receptionist just doesn't have good communication/people skills. Other than that.. it was a very long wait to see a doctor.. when there were only me and one other person in the waiting area. But doctor I seen was good.

Never answers phone. And by never I mean NEVER. Doesn’t seem like anyone does their job at this clinic.My parents have to call repeatedly for 2-3 days before getting an answer. It’s embarrassing.Dr Lal doesnt gives a solution thats good either. My mother had extreme head pain and he said use over the counter Tylenol. Went to another doctor who gave her an MRI and more was done.

OMG!!! The front line staff is SO RUDE!! Zero communication skills and manners. Dr Lal is a gem of a person, if it wasn’t because of him, I wouldn’t go there EVER. I guess, Someone should suggest them to read these reviews.

My mom was booking an appointment because she had to get a sick note to give to work. the receptionist had asked my mom why she didn’t book the appointment before... my moms just started feeling the pain how was she supposed to book before? is she from the future where she would know that she’ll have pain today? no she is not. the receptionist have zero manners. talked very rudely and then cut the call while my mom was saying thank you. like????? the disrespect is unbelievable and i might just take my entire family and switch over to Dr Sandhar

When I called about seeing a doctor the receptionist seem very polite and more than willing to help me. Being a new patient to the office I was told I had to first be a walk in (during 10am - 12pm). The next day I walked in shortly after 10, and after speaking with the receptionist I was take directly into a room to see the doctor. He performed an assessment quite promptly. I will definitely be going back to this office.

My Husband's so lucky to have a real Doctor that Listens and does his best to help. Dr. Lal has been a godsend. Works great with hubbies specialists co-ordinating his treatment plan. He is ethical and open minded. We are extremely Grateful.

Dr. Lal is really good but the front line staff is very rude. They don’t answer your call but asked you to make an appointment. Waiting time to make an appointment is minimum 7 days. You can’t go there in emergency. Even if it’s related to your child. The staff is very very very rude all the time. I think dr. Lal needs to change the staff for sure.

Terrible experience. Reception staff is very rude and unprofessional. She book me for Tuesday but in her system she put it as Wednesday and on Thursday when i went there she was very rude to me and even not ready to admit her mistake. I don’t know where her mind when booking for someone. Saying something else and booking something else.
