I have lived here since 1996. Back in the day, it was very unappealing but it has been updated a lot and it is relatively crime-free. There is a big Indo-Canadian population here but that's a good thing! We all look out for each other weather it's owners or renters. Some people don't know how to drive 10km in the complex, so if you're walking on the road (there aren't sidewalks everywhere) just be mindful of the vehicle traffic.

It is a Good estate for children to play like ride bikes around, soccer and there are good kids to play with .
