Incredibly friendly, easy to work with did everything they promised they would do. Felt awesome to shake someone’s hand. I didn’t know it was a deal. Old-school traditional values still work at this place.

Very friendly and very helpful Steve is the guy do deal with. Called them he answered my questions told me to come and see him. I went there he help me out and didn't charge me. I would recommend them.

Purchased an 5th wheeler from rv farm. Thought it was a fantastic deal. Turns out after delivery no power cord included, missing water box key so water could not be installed, water heater didn't work properly so we were left with no hot water. Winterizing pump leaked and wet a large area of carpet which may dmvaage underlying wood. Sellers told us everything worked great and included everything we would need and it was a lie. Now we have to pay over 200 to get a rv plumber at 170 an hour.Not happy

Helped us sell a beautiful, not getting used enough trailer. Picked up and made the necessary repairs and got a fair price. Thanks for the help RV Farm.

Have been dealing with Paul, great guy as I bought a RV that is like new. Great price and the guy that helped me with it. So happy with everything it went smoothly. Will do more business with them for sure in the future, everything was the way he told me it was no surprise. We just sold our old box trailer to RV farm. What smooth and painless effort. They came to pick up the trailer and we got the payment. Paul and Tony are friendly and very efficient. The whole process are done less than one week. I would recommend RV farm.

I hired RV Farm to complete a large repair of a trailer, the work was done, time will tell how well (edit: turns out the tank repair also was not completed correctly, the tank still leaks). Some of the items on the work order had been missed during the larger repair so they had to pick up the trailer after delivery in order to complete the outstanding items. The initial work they did created a problem with the toilet that they then charged me to fix while completing the initial repairs listed on the original work order. In the end the work was completed as agreed, so there's that. My initial calls and discussions with Steve were pleasant and informative. We agreed on the work to be performed, approximate time required and what payment schedule would suffice.I don't like posting bad reviews without providing the company an opportunity to resolve a problem. In this case I made several attempts to resolve, but continue to receive the same reply. The company has made no attempt to satisfy the issues stated below.BEWARE:I loaded my black and yellow 25ft 30A power cable into the storage bin along with the wheel chocks in case they were needed during the repairs, even though I figured they would have several on hand if needed. Silly of me, I know. That cable went 'missing' or was 'misplaced', I'm not accusing anyone of anything besides a lack of customer service skills, but facts speak for themselves, I no longer have the cable that was in the trailer. When the trailer was delivered after the initial repair the keys returned to me were not mine (not initially a big deal since many of the keys look the same and mistakes can be made), I told Steve this from the first time I was handed keys, he then had another set of keys returned with the second delivery of the trailer and again,they were not the correct keys. I've tried several times to resolve this issue but Steve can't seem to find them anywhere. This means I have keys to one of the units on the lot (or that was previously sold with the incorrect keys) and my keys are likely lost or mislabeled for another trailer. Plus, I know these keys are not mine because mine had a very specific key ring plus the keys had corresponding numbers stamped on them matching the fold downs, the keys returned don't have those matching numbers, and only open the main door deadbolt, NOT fold out beds, NOT door latch, NOT external storage area (although the key I have does work if jiggled a bit, again not matching number).I had hoped I could recommend RV Farm to others for repairs but they have made NO EFFORT to resolve nor have they accepted any responsibility for 'lost', 'misplaced' or 'damaged' (toilet) items that I had to pay to have repaired. I guess the other negative reviews have some merit since most of them mention much of the same, attention to detail and customer service. These issues can be easily resolved but they have chosen not to therefore I would NOT recommend RV Farm for sales or service since this is likely an attitude supported by the owner.

Don’t buy from this guy he is not a man of his word. My financing wasn’t approved so he decided to keep my 1000 dlrs deposit. Ignored most of my calls and texts and after had the nerves to play victim and excused himself saying he was being threatened, what a joke! I have all the proofs. he’s trying to escape from the situation but karma is right around the corner.

Absolute zero customer service. They sell used garbage . And they don't stand to there word or adds the put in public. Do not trust this place . I highly suggest buying your trailer or RV at a place that won't take advantage of a single parent family as they did to me . Purchased an rv from them. Said it was clean in and out and everything inside rv worked . It was dropped off to my address with zero ownership and missing parts . And im now almost 5000 dollars into repairs.. please do not shop here for your next rv.... update. I have the unit at my place . 2 weeks later still zero contact and add is up for sale still.... still no refund or answer back . This place is a disaster. .only buy your next rv here if you are willing to be ripped off and treated like garbage.... update. Almost a year or more later. And I still am battling for any sort of refund or even communication. They have ignored everyone and everyway I have tried to pursue it. They are not registered in any data base to be legal seller.I am now out 12000 dollars and I have credit collectors calling me now. As I refuse to pay for a loan on something I don't have or never could of had to begin with . 100% scammers

Pure liars and scammers. They will tell you want you want to hear but as soon as they have your money they will rob you blind. Better purchase private then dealing with Paul.
