We are new to the area and were looking for a mechanic in the area. After getting a recommendation from our neighbor we called Duncan's and explained the issue that we were having, the gentleman asked a few questions and suggested that I should check first with the dealer as he thought it was an issue that would be covered under warranty. He graciously offered to take care of any issues that we have with our vehicle in the future but wanted to make sure we didn't pay for something when we didn't have to. Very honest, friendly business I would recommend them in the future.

Phenomenal service and support. I was visiting from Ottawa and had an issue with my trucks starter, called them and they were able to schedule me in within 2 days, and once the truck was in for repairs, the work only took 2 hours!! Incredible service and fair pricing. I will recommend Duncan's to anyone in the Bobcaygeon Area.

Had issues with my 2002 Chev Tracker and even though it's basically a working antique Rob and Dwayne got me back on the road again in good order. Excellent workmanship, excellent prices! I'll definitely keep them as my go to mechanics when I'm in cottage country!

Amazing communication and attention to detail, honest advice and down to earth. Each issue I had noted with my vehicle was addressed, fixed and not a single delay in parts. Vehicle was left clean, complete and parked in front ready to go as told. Great job Duncan's Auto! Our new go too!!

This was my first experience with Duncan's Auto and I was very happy with the service and advice. I dealt with Duane and he was very quick to get my car in for the services it needed and back out. I thought the costs were quite reasonable as well. I'd recommend them anytime.

I've been to Duncan's a few times now and every time I've received great service. Whether it was just a standard oil change, fixing the leak in one of my tires, getting my rear brakes done, or replacing my tensioner and belts, Duane and the team at Duncan provided timely, professional service. I'd recommend Duncan's to anyone looking for an honest, reasonably priced local mechanic who takes the time to make sure you understand the work that is being done.- Ryan with the Grey 2012 Mazda 3 :)

I have a 20+ year old car and was having issues with the windows and ignition, Duncan's Auto Service was able to locate the problems quickly and effectively. Excellent price and Service Manager Duane kept me in the loop while repairs were being made. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good service at an affordable price.

As someone who works in the Automotive industry I have such appreciation for shops who go above and beyond for their customers (on a long weekend none the less). From the moment I arrived I was greeted by friendly faces and people who were willing to help; regardless how busy their shop was. Duane was quickly able to diagnose my vehicles problems and provide great solutions for moving forward. He completely saved our long weekend plans, and got us safely back on the road in less than a half hour. We will forever be grateful to Duane and his team. Would highly recommend them for their professionalism, Automotive knowledge and Customer Service. For anyone in the Bobcaygeon area Duncan's Auto Service is definitely the shop for all your Automotive needs.
