Tyler is an amiable person who is knowledgeable about his products. However, trying to contact him is almost impossible as his office staff will not give out his contact details and customer service do not have the expertise to assist me.As of May 12th, 2023, Tyler and his crew showed up and installed my custom awning and I'm now satisfied with the the result. The install was handled professionally and completed within 2hrs.WOULD RECOMMEND.

Must be nice in the days of Covid 19 to not have to worry about obtaining new business. June 14 sent an email asking about replacement motorized awning and they said they do that. Sent 2 reminders and still nothing. If their product and installation is as poor as their customer service in even getting a quote, be warned!

We couldn’t have been happier with the experience we had dealing with Sunset Blinds. We were amazed at the attention to detail Ty (installer) had when fitting our custom bay window. These blinds have completely transformed our main level. Customer service has gone above and beyond. Ensuring installation dates worked for all, and travelling quite the distance to so. Highly recommend this family owned business.

Our experience with Sunset Blinds could not have been better! Right from the quotation stage to the finished installation, Sunset Blinds was professional, timely and responsive. We could not be more pleased with the finished product which added a whole new level of beauty as well as function to our home. After the installation, Graham checked on us to make sure we were pleased, to view the installation and to answer our questions. We will be using Sunset Blinds again.....guaranteed!

Very happy with the custom blinds they installed, one motorized blind in my two story foyer and my other windows but I really love the two that were installed on my back patio doors- no screws just clips between the window and gasket.

Terrible customer service. Purchase and installation was great. Follow up not so good. Outdoor blind material has become stained and after numerous attempts by phone to enquire how to remove the stains and we have yet to hear back from Sunset Blinds. It has now been 2 years, and we are still waiting for some feedback.
