Shoppers Drug Mart

This pharmacy is by far the worst one I have ever dealt with. It takes over 20 minutes per phone call and it regularly hangs up on you and you have to start all over. The pharmacy employees have got to be the most miserable people on this planet. I have never seen even a smile or a chuckle out of anyone from this store. Stay away. Go down the street to another pharmacy. The processing fees" are much higher here than anywhere else. Save yourself money

It's crazy about the cold medication shortage. Not this stores fault as it's a Canada wide shortage. But the pharmacist was very helpful and informative!

Good service at the pharmacy, as everyone else doing they seem to have a hard time recruiting people at the cash register. Nice store, well maintained.

Went in trying to get a prescription filled for a 16yr old having a mild allergic reaction. The transfer of the boys prescription was done but apparently was expired for NB. Was directly told by the pharmacist that if it turned into an emergency that they could write a prescription for him to get his inhalers. Well it started getting worse, went back and now another pharmacist said they couldn't do anything, so we bought more allergy medicine from the shelves. He took it and got worse, we tried every local walk in and other hours all were closed. Went back again as now he was struggling to breath and it was a real emergency. We were purchasing an e pen. We asked again if she could write an emergency prescription because this is now an emergency and told her what the other pharmacist told us again.Commends made by the pharmacist, I can do it. I'm not willing to loss my license. Also told us that she had spoken to the other pharmacist and he didn't say that to us.I have had emergency prescriptions filled locally with no issue. I told her she should learn the rules and I was informed that she wrote the rules or helped.This clipping I just pulled off of the pharmacists association of New Brunswick.Why wait at an emergency room or after-hours clinic when your pharmacist may be able to help?New Brunswick pharmacist can assess

I really like Loblaw products and services. But recently in this location I experienced a bad customer service from the store manager who doesn't even ready to listen patentinly on what customer seeking into. Simply say NO and turn back. Im not happy with such kind of service and gesture. Indeed end up by going to moncton to get the same medicine with the better price. I never like to visit this location again. Hope Loblaw with concentrate on employee behavioral improvement towards their trusted and loyal customer like me.

Multiple attempts to call and verify prescriptions met with 30 plus minutes on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone. This is the norm not the exception and having been into the business it is not that busy all the time. 30 mins plus every time you call is excessive and ridiculous.

Normally I never have an issue at this pharmacy. I’ve been coming for years. However, I booked an appointment for a time sensitive injection with a pharmacist & then when I showed up for the injection, the SAME pharmacist refused to do it and said he never does them. Not sure why he booked me an appointment and said he could do it then? He caused me a lot of stress and running around and I had to drive to Moncton at 7pm to find someone last minute to be able to help me. Not impressed at all.

Theres a guy at the cosmetics counter that is so bubbly he just puts you in a good mood. His name is Shawn. Keep ur eyes peeled and see for yourself. Hes the guy who smiles and greets you when you walk in

Nice Shopper's, but the pharmacy lacks of customer services. Impossible to reach by phone, takes more than 72h to renew a prescription.

Three out of four times my prescriptions are messed up at this location.I get refills every three months and today I picked up my latest. They gave me generic instead of the name brand that is on my file, they are fixing that as I wait. They gave me another woman's prescription in my bag, and they put 30 days in one of refills instead 3 months, they're fixing that too.I only stay because Shediac is my community and I like Optimum points.
