After being very disappointed with the traditional school photos"

We used Pineapple Studios for our team photos this year and the results weren't great, not a lot of choice for poses. Communication was lacking and wrong photos were sent. They attempted to fix the problem but in the end there were more issues and we never got the correct photos. I will be going back to the other company who did our sports photos in the past where we had much better results and no problems.In response to the owner. Yes the package was sent late December but not to my address (confirmed by FedEx), so I was unaware that it had been sent as we never received it. Initially when we asked to have the cards corrected you said and I quote Player cards with ***** are re-ordered for you and we’ll let you know as soon as they arrive" . From that point on we never heard anything. I assumed that they were not ready. When I contacted you last weekend I asked if they were ever received because we did not have them. You sent the proof of delivery but this was the 1st time I was aware that anything was sent. Following up on the proof of delivery I discovered that it was not sent to the correct address

Fantastic experience. Perfectly captures my daughter’s personality and the team is exceptional with the kids.

The company only offering digital copies of school photos is not what we were expecting and were not informed beforehand that printed copies would not even be an option.$40 for three digital files is incredibly expensive.It is unfortunate, because the actual photographer did a pretty nice job..

They only offer very small sized images, which is sad for me. They said they only shoot small sized photos which has small room for editing. I told them my daughter had a dirty face on the photo, they asked extra for editing. I don’t trust them. If you want high quality photos, don’t go to them.
