Pas capable de parler avec personne au téléphone en plus de te faire flusher !! 2 ans après le covid faut encore prendre rendez vous en ligne pour se présenté !!! Wowww failli passer au feu pi jpense sa laurais ete plus simple de laisser sa bruler que de leteindre et vouloir porter plainte contre la locataire !!

Impossible d'avoir une réponse aux appels, ligne occupée 24/7. C'est à se demander s'il ne laisse pas le téléphone décroché pour éviter d'avoir des appels.. Système pourri

How people work in this office are very slow

Called them about 6 times, it's constantly busy, I made a complaint about the state of the apartment and did not get a call back.

Pas capable de rejoindre personne pour 3 semaines. Leurs lignes sont toujours occupe... on parle de la saaq a la tv mais le tal ceat encore plus une joke.

Impossible de parler avec quelqu'un sans prendre un rendez-vous en personne! J'ai tenté de les joindre pendant 3 semaines à tous les jours en essayant minimum 25x/jour et je n'ai jamais réussi à obtenir la ligne. Achetez vous un 649 si vous réussissez!

Over the last year I have NEVER been able to speak to anyone over the phone. On a day where I make it my mission to reach them, I can call every few minutes, and it says all the lines are busy and hangs up on me. All day, everyday.They accept e-mails now (June 2019), so I was pumped and e-mailed them my question and they replied that I should call in. That's it.They are the most unreachable public service I've ever dealt with!Calling them is like a cruel exercise in futility, but they hold so much legal power! It's infuriating and discouraging!I suppose the only option is to take time off work and find a physical office - though with the way their e-mail and phone lines are managed, the office probably randomly changes place and when you finally track it down it's an empty building with a lone sign in it, telling you to call their 1-800 number.DO better! Our housing and lives depend on your services!

After waiting 45 mins for an agent, the agent I got was so rude. When I asked her if the call was being recorded, she stating I will start recording and hung up on me. I called the Minister's office responsible to file a formal complaint on how people are treated.
