I came in to buy a lawn mower. Ethan the associate in the seasonal department was phenomenal.He fielded my question on models and drive types.He helped me make a decision and helped me in holding the item in another store for pickup since they didn't have it.Great guy.Parking at this place is good. Accessible parking and entrance.

Gotta give a shout out to a guy named Alex in plumbing and fittings. Super knowledgeable young guy that helped me out with my dilemma and was so patient with other customers who were literally saying I need a thing that attaches to thing that looks kinda like this (using their charades skill).Everyone that has helped me as a new home owner from this store has been very polite and receptive so thank you!

Went to this store yesterday bought acacia butcher block cost over 300.00...today my professional carpenter made 1 cut with the proper blade and table saw after the cut we noticed some of the blocks separated...loaded pieces back into the truck with receipt more blocks broke off just loading it in...BABAR assistant manager would not replace the piece store manager was in a meeting so i left...out the 300.00 well firewood i guess. they offered me to buy another one at 230.00 i said no thanks....wood is dry and brittle glue is not good either...oh ya over the last month i spent 5000.00 on granite counter tops i bought from Sherry in the kitchen area at this location and had them installed by york fabricating i guess that this means nothing to them they just want your money!!! anyway people don't buy your lumber or wood products from lowes wheres the glue? Gary

If you want to be stressed out, go to Lowes Whitby. There is never anyone who works in their department, especially the weekend (Manager, Dan where you at??). Hardly anyone helps out, look like they hide in the departments, always on their phones (candycrush?). The culture is so lacking in customer service. speaking of which you have to line up with people doing returns, brilliant idea there. They encourage self checkout but the person helping" there doesn't know anything about what sales are on...kept asking other employees who i'm sure had enough of her as the customers do. Managers should have a little team meeting to tell employees what is going on for the day so they all don't seem so clueless. Employees get paid yet customers end up figuring everything on their own. Saying "have a nice day" after you did absolutely nothing to help out is a catalyst to write a review."

The worst customer service imaginable . Spoke to the so called operations Manager regarding a price match and have never been spoke to in such a degrading and insulting manner. I have spent thousands at Lowes and have always been satisfied but this will be my last . Would give it Zero stars if i could .

Very helpful and attentive service. Came in for a piece of wood to be cut to size, and Kathy walked around the store with me, going over options, and helped tracked down additional staff to do the measuring and cutting. Haven't had such good service from a major hardware store in some time.

The staff there was amazing, but the icing on the cake for me was the pick-up crew Sean and his brother.Bought 2 new washing machine from this location and had to return one, due to a manufacturer issue.Note: (Lowes has two separate teams for pick-up and drop off of deliveries) Sean and his brother was my pickup crew; the first delivery guys made a mistake with my washing machine installationand they instantly pickup on the mistake and corrected it for me.The brothers are so, so, sooooooo amazing, very professional, and they made sure I was well" informed

My friend needed a hard to find sink vanity top. Lowes had the size needed. We looked at other stores but only Lowes came through with the right size.

No human cashier. Self check out should be convenient but won't accept debit cards loaded with cash. Try 4 times to pay then change machines and try twice more. And the employee standing around the self check out as not only less than helpful, but she was rude. I hate supporting amazon but with experiences like this why would I not just use them.

Came to buy BBQ . Sales persons were extremely helpful.. ended buying this artificial plant before a fortnight for 12.5$ on clearance.. Sometimes, their clearance items are great !!
