While boating in Honey Harbour, our alternator belt broke. Scott, the owner of BigRedWorks was passing by and immediately came over as he noticed us looking into the engine compartment. He was very friendly and identified himself while wearing the company logo shirt.After explaining our situation, with no hesitation, Scott asked where we needed to be towed. While obviously not their core business, taking care of people obviously is. A quick hook up and a tow into the marina, with some amazing driving skills and release, we floated gently into the dock.The marina staff new Scott and spoke highly of him and the company. I would recommend giving BigRedWorks and opportunity on your next project based on this act as of kindness.

Scott and his team were extremely accommodating with regards to working around our schedule. Cameron and Spencer were extremely professional and polite and did an excellent job and did all the heavy work for us. Big Red Works were not only reliable but offer fair rates and a pleasant experience all around. They went well beyond our expectations and I would highly recommend them Thanks guys and girls

Our first time using Big Red Works and completely satisfied with the work they performed. Every thing I had requested had been completed in a professional manor including a follow up call from them to make sure what we had requested was done. Will definitely be using them in the future for our cottage needs.

We had Big Red deliver a load of lumber by barge and then remove a full 40 yard^3 bin of old wood siding and dock boards. The team came up in a large barge and worked quickly and efficiently bringing the lumber right to the job site and then loading up all the garbage. We'd highly recommend them for any cottage project.

The team at Big Red Works has been nothing short of amazing! Quick to respond and very accountable. Their crew saved me a summer of yard clean up and completed the whole job in just a few short visits. Highly recommend!

Scott’s crew have been fantastic! We sold our house and moved all my tools, BBQ, kitchen table/chairs and other furniture to our cottage which is on an island with Big Red’s help. They also helped with a new fridge and stove (2 separate moves) and replacement sheds and took away a lot of garbage too. The office staff, Kendra and Kelly have been fantastic to deal with too, always courteous and helpful.All the staff have been very helpful and always friendly, would highly recommend them!

We've been working with Big Red for years. They are always very professional, polite, they do a great job with no surprises and clean up very well when done. My only issue" would be that once or twice I have had to follow up on some aspect of a project that didn't progress as I'd thought it would. But I have dealt with contractors for decades and that is par for the course. It happens with Big Red far less frequently than most others!"

We were very happy with the two guys who did our work. Not only were they polite but they worked hard and efficiently. They willingly placed the stock pile of lumber exactly where we needed it.We would definitely recommend Big Red Works!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about the Big Red crew. They are professional, reliable, efficient, and hardworking. Todd and Scott have always been very accommodating and have gone out of their way to meet our needs from day one of our extensive boat-access cottage renovation. From transporting fragile materials over (at times on short notice), to accepting and storing deliveries on our behalf, we have only had positive experiences with the BR crew.
