As a photographer, I have had the pleasure of working with Amy to photograph a recent residential listing. She is friendly, professional, and it is clear she cares a great deal about the satisfaction of each of her clients. It is clear she understands the importance of showing each home in its best light, and does amazing work in personally staging and styling her listings. Amy marketed the property effectively with plenty of visual media including photography and videography, including aerial imagery, and a virtual tour. Amy Simpson is one of the best realtors we have known and if we rate her, we will give her a perfect score of 10/10.We had a very pleasant experience with Amy when we were looking for a house to buy in Barrie because the prices of houses in Barrie were lower than in the GTA. She was the listing agent of the very first house we looked at in, but we were not able to get that house because of lack of time on our part. We told her to contact us next time she lists a property again. Soon enough, despite her remarkably busy schedule, she was able to book appointments for us to see several houses for sale in the areas we are interested in in just less than a day. She helped us in making decision easier which house to buy. We bought the house we liked, and everything went smoothly. She works above and beyond our expectations. We also knew that she listed some houses for lease and both the lessee and the lessor were happy with how she handled the process.Amy is a genuinely nice person, punctual, helpful, and very knowledgeable in all aspects of her profession.
