No answering the phone, promise to call back but never happened, Ted back didn’t take my mortgage from the right account for a month and after two months they noticed that and took money from my other saving account without letting me know. It’s an awful service with many mistakes. The employee doesn’t listen to my request and doing so many mistakes. I suggest to customers always double check do not count on the people and services

ATM went out of service while making a CASH deposit, took my CASH & put my account on HOLD until next month. Customer service claims they are doing a check on the CASH amount but that doesn’t explain why the machine is out of service still a few days later, sounds more like an excuses and now I cannot pay rent on time. Disappointing service

Moved my service to this location for my latest mortgage refinancing. Kandi (senior advisor) is absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond to get stuff done in our very tight timeline, and was excellent at explaining various options and their benefits. Would definitely recommend!

Stay away from this bank for anything other than regular teller services. Family member applied for a loan 30 days ago, yep THIRTY days ago and it just got funded. After numerous delays, inaccurate information/instruction, waiting around for appointments, rude phone support (from EZ line, not the branch). It's literally a circus there. Branch manager finally stepped in and resolved but it was too little too late. Take your service elsewhere.

I love coming to this location as the customer services is exceptional. Never a long wait I have always been attended to and have my expectations exceeded. In fact last visit I saved over 1000$ in a year with no knowledge of this service until I was recommended by an employee here. Truly a positive experience and I feel that the same staff has one’s best interest in mind. Not a wonder they score so well nationally with exceptional customer service. I’m a happy returning customer! Thanks.
