I only use the drive thru and only get coffee so cannot attest to the food or atmosphere but anytime I go it’s usually between 12-8am and drive thru goes quickly atleast 80% of the time. One of the better locations for sure.

Staff are professional. I feel welcome everytime I walk in. Sometimes it gets to busy that tables don't get wiped done as often as they should. Drive thru is, to be expected, fast if no line up slow if more than 3 vehicles.

Went 2 minutes after they closed their dine in area and they refused to serve me at the drive through even though there were no cars waiting. And were extremely rude to me about the whole thing. Won't be going back anytime soon.

I was surprised that's so close to closing the there was so many dirty tables and staff were occupied in the back. I stepped to the counter ordered a small hot chocolate and a large steep tea I had to repeat my order three times for the clerk to ring it in properly with three sugar two cream, although I can test that there was three cream and two sugar I drink it begrudgingly. To top it off I ordered and paid for a chocolate donut I scanned my Tim's app a deduction was made I completed the transaction I was given the tea in the hot chocolate and no donut. When I questioned about the donuts the clerk said that she did not bring it in and I had to pay again for a transaction that if she was listening would have been completed properly the first time. My guest and I wiped table off with a napkin sat down had our conversation and then they started bringing in the chairs and tables I knew it was time to go, and finished up my tea and went on my way.FOR THE SECOND time and this time at a different location Tim Hortons has asked me to contact them by the 800 number to resolve it and better understand the situation and make things right. The last time I called there are 800 number not only did they have no clue who I was or what I was talking to them about they did not make it right and that's why I went many blocks out of my way to go to a different Tim Hortons to hopefully get better service in a clean environment with a consistent quality product. I will not be calling them back because they do not make it right they like to make you think that they care but they really do not.

Please do not visit this location.Very rude baker East Indian lady.I was in the drive through for 15 mins. And just wanted a bagel and coffee for breakfast. I came from surrey with my mom and had the worst experience.The baker started yelling at me. Because I walked in and told her my bagel isn’t doubled toasted. And there’s no jam.I have contacted BBB and the head office. For future issues I had.

This is a good Tim HortonsYou can tell when an owner takes managing his restaurant seriously. The place is renovated, clean, staff are positive and efficient. There’s a poster in the back staff room that affirms the staff and tells them things like “you belong here.” Visit this Tim Hortons support good management.

I would like to thank the staff employee (I didn't get her name as it was in a rush) who helped me in having my bag back when I forgot it at the diner area. I was in Tim's on Feb 6, 2023 at around 3:40 PM and I forgot my backpack with my wallet in it. I called them in around 20 minutes and was so terrified it was already gone. Fortunately, the lady confirmed they have it. When I got there, she carefully checked my ID and only after that she gave it to me. I am very thankful for her great help and being so careful in not giving it to just someone who called first! Thank you very much!!!
