Never dealt with a more unprofessional staff. Everyone there is either brain dead or rude and abrasive.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Candace is a superhero. She took our needs and wants and just kept bringing us gorgeous suits that fit us perfectly. She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, supportive, and just awesome. Candace is the sole reason we made a purchase, and she managed to make what is normally an unpleasant experience so much fun!

I came in looking for a swim suit and was beyond thrilled when I saw the amazing variety of bathing suits. I purchased 2 swim suits and the staff PK and Rupali were amazing and very helpful.

I'm leaving a 3 star review because of the fact that I was able to find a pair of shorts that were really nice and they happened to be on sale. The reason why I'm leaving the 3 star and not a 5 star is because I didn't like the service I received from the light/brown skinned girl working the cash. As I approached to pay she wasn't very friendly to begin with didn't smile didn't say anything nice hardly any eye contact. When I asked if my shorts were on sale she immediately just said no without even checking. After processing the payment just before she realized they were on sale. After making my purchase she did not even say thank you no smile not even I have a nice day basically 0 customer service skill. Happy with the product and the fact that we're on sale not happy with the customer service I received.

Unproffesional staff. Entered the store with my three kids to search for a size small shorts for my daughter. Greeted by a “trainee” who directed me to bikini bottoms. Asked if a sales associate was available and the manager continued to assist. While being assisted a young sales associate decided it would be a good idea to start speaking in her language to the trainee about me. Then started shadowing the manager assisting me. I told her I was being helped and didn’t require her assistance. Especially not after her talking smack in front of my face. She rolled her eyes and proceeded to speak Farsi to the trainee, again about me. The young sales associate then decided to keep calling the trainee over to entertain herself but the trainee refused to engage, continued working did not want any part in her circus. I told the manager I’m ready for my daughter to try on the shorts and I looked over to the young associate and let her know I understood everything she said and to watch what she says being in customer service and talking about customers. She decided to roll her eyes and the manager asked her to stop twice and move to the front. After trying on the size I step out to ask the trainee near the change room for another size and notice this young associate now talking to a couple at the cash again about me - staring and laughing. So I ask her if there is a problem and she wants to say something to my face. I let the manager know this is very unproffesional and this girl should not be speaking about me to other customers. And if she can’t control herself she can leave the store. The young associate then proceeds to play victim. “I’m only 16” I’m calling security. Go ahead. You decided to start a high school situation, and now need security. Sure go ahead. At this point she’s being asked by both trainee and manager to stop talking about me. Decided to leave the store to drag three security guards in to say I asked her to leave the store.1) if you are 16 and cannot be mature enough to respect customers who are spending money shopping then apply at chuckee cheese. There is absolutely no need for you to insult people in Farsi.2) playing the I’m only 16 card after insulting me, sure then act 16. You weren’t 16 when you started insulting me3) accomplished nothing. Left the location and my daughter had to change into her clothing and leave after witnessing childish behaviour from this immature 16 year old associate.Trainee had to pull her buddy to the back room so my kids can change and leave the store. This girl is extremely unproffesional and does not belong in customer service / retail.Manager failed to take control of the situation, girl was asked multiple times to stop and continued to engage with her childish agenda.I have shopped at this location several times and this is a first for me. Three unprofessional sales associates. Zero stars. All other transactions were positive pleasant. This was a disaster.

My wife and I had a great experience here. Didn't really need any help as she knew what she was looking for. But we got a good deal as it was on sale.

I was shopping for a bathing suit and decided to visit the Bikini Village located at Vaughan mills.I have to say that my experience was amazing. The 3 women who were working were helpful, knowledgeable, professional, kind and so friendly. Shopping for a bathing suit can be sooo stressful. They made my experience so much better. Thank you ladies. I will definitely come back to your location

Honestly hire a new manager. This manager needs to go. Ask her for help and she starts speaking her language with her employees. Bikini Village could do so much better by replacing the Manager. This manager always ignores customers. I been in here about 5 times in the past two months. Never bought anything. Get a new manager for this location and watch your business grow. Can't be ignoring customers and expecting your sales to grow. Only if you water the tree, the tree can grow. If you don't water , the tree will rot and die.
