Europcar Kerry Airport

I hired a car at the Kerry Airport a week ago and I cannot begin to tell you how tremendous the service was. The two agents, Paul and Trevor, were incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgable during the process of selecting the best car for me. They treated me like I was family! Thank you, Europcar, for hiring such professional and thoughtful agents. I am confident that I'll be renting from Europcar again, thank you Paul and Trevor.

I got into trouble with my own car, after dropping off my friend to the airport and my cars boot refused to close. Fortunately Roman and Paul were very kind and tried to fix the broken lock for me, so I could get home. Very much appreciated!

Excellent service, easy communication. Mostly dealed with Paul - very happy with his service. Would be unfair not to metion rest of the staff. Another man (I guess a manager) offered me another, better car for reasonable price, so I ended up from renting budget car to high end car and I don't regret about extra money spent. A lady really didn't bothered to answer few questions in relation to car - I really apreciate that too. Cars I have rented always new, clean, in a great condition and with a lot of extras. If you ever need a car for any reason - this is the place to go. Highly recommend.

Our flight into Kerry was delayed and we arrived after 6pm. Paul was kind enough to wait until we arrived after closing so we were able to pick up our car. He was so friendly and answered all of our questions l. Such amazing service thank you Paul

We had a great experience with Europcar. We booked a small car via Carhire. Trevor made us a very great deal for a brand new bigger car with full insurance and gave us amazing tips for a drive around Kerry. We felt very welcomed! Bringing the car back was also very easy and fast! We definitely will rent a car again with them when we come back!
