Lessard Osteopathy

Lindsay is amazing! I have had hip / low back pain off and on for 5 years from an injury years ago. I’ve tried physio, massage and osteopaths without seeing much improvement/relief. After one treatment with Lindsay I noticed a huge difference. She is professional and knowledgeable, but also easy to chat with. Her office is great, with lots of parking and a clean office space. The online booking process was easy and she has great availability (different times of day and not booking weeks out).

Lessard Osteopathy is a great place to go for old Injury's or new ones. I have tried Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy and Chiroptic Care for a few nagging injury's I have sustained over time. I now only see Lindsay at Lessard for my care. After the first visit, I felt 50% better and after two more my symptoms were gone. I highly recommend seeing Lindsay, if you want to see a true change within your body!

I have a De Quervain's tenosynovitis on my wrist since May last year. I tried so many treatments like acupuncture, shockwave, and chiropractic but nothing works not until January this year i decided to try osteopath since is more focus on muscles and good thing i try, because my left wrist is doing so well now, i can move it like i used to before like nothing happen. Lindsay is such a lovely lady you won't even notice the 30 minutes will goes by really quick she likes having a chitchat with you which is really nice and she won't just focus on your pain she will work on you from head to foot i swear. You won't feel any body ache after, you will feel relax and just want to go to your bed and sleep after lol. I will keep going to lindsay although my wrist is doing well now.

Healer's hands!!I went from wearing a knee brace to walking 20Km in a day and going on hikes, without any assist and braces. That should suffice for a heading and description of the review. I understand my body, its workings a bit more everytime I visit her office. Linday is empathic, kind, diligent , hardworking. The space is clutter free, can count on the hygiene and cleanliness, ambient volumed radio music playing in the backdrop, good parking space right down the building. She is easy to connect with for a better treatment, meaning that the more detailed minute information you provide, the better she can use that feedback to treat acccordingly. You'll see the difference as if magic. Healers hands!!

I have been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. During my flare ups Lindsay has been able to provide me some much needed relief. I am surprised it works based on the gentle nature. Usually I am a deep tissue massage person but this is the real deal!

Lindsay Lessard ~at Lessard Osteopathy~ saved my life ! I was in such rough shape I was starting to literally DIE due to internal issues of which I will not bore you. She was able to turn my condition a complete 180 around in less than a few months with her healing hands.
