Horrible service, I came in to get a simple bank draft to purchase a vehicle and they refused to make a bank draft for me because of a E-transfer I made from my other bank. I then showed them PROOF of funds and they STILL did not make the draft for the amount i wanted and gave me horrible, runaround excuses. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS RBC. EVER.P.S. I was able to purchase my car with the SAME! funds they refused to put in a bank draft for me.

Nobody wants to work in this branch.They always have a reason not to help the customer.

would really like to give zero stars instead of one. For the very first time ever i was regretting for being an RBC customer by visited this branch (first time of course on this location ) waited quite a long in the line (which was not a problem at all) the person in front of me looks like had a bad experience with the same lady I really want to mention about unfortunately I don’t recall her name but I’ve got the same lady for help. I was very calm and polite because I never wants to experience the same what the guy front of me went through. she was literally making faces and her body language that I was taking and wasting her time I genuinely feel insulted.Instead of doing her own job correctly she was more interested in interrupting the lady working beside her( who was actually doing great by providing the actual cx service )Coming to point, at the very beginning I mentioned that I lost my debit cardThough she helped me with some of my queries as I was kept on asking for all but interesting upon asking she was expecting and wanting me to apply for lost debit card online insteadSecondly I asked her for a RBC client document for which she mentioned that I have to pay $20 why because adviser have type it for me. ( yeah adviser have type 2 big lines for me …lol)Also I do feel to mention the way she said “what else now” in such a rude wayI would really want to mention her name here which I miss that ( I know you would given the name to me I had asked for it ) the way she gave to the person in front of me .Just want say one thing we are getting paid for what we do. No one is doing a favour here. People visiting bank ,waiting in big lines has reasons to visit. No one is free to waste their time standing in lines to have such kind of service.Huh long story.. but would drive 3 min more to my favourite branch at 10555 Bramalea Rd, Brampton, ON L6R 3P4 ( the polite people who actually do care about cx care )

Rbc is one of the major financial institutions in Canada. This branch is located at a convenient location. The staff here are friendly and accommodating. This branch deals with all your financial needs. Sometimes I have experienced long wait times. Normally when they see a long line up they will open up the closed registers. There’s a drive through ATM.

Recently did a big transaction here and was thoroughly accommodated by Mr. Jyoti Dutta. He went above and beyond to assist and ensured I was satisfied with my transaction and experience. I was impressed by his customer service and walked away feeling happy after such a pleasant interaction. Will definitely do business with this branch again!
